My missus had a right grand start at this gym joint. She signed up for a training package that was supposed to set her back $156 every fortnight. After a half-hour sesh with her trainer (Mary), she reckoned it would do her more good to have an hour-long session every other week. So, she agreed. Mary then sorted out a new package for her costing $150 every other week, without cancelling the first one. Now she's shelling out $256 every other week. We've popped in to moan twice and all we get told is the fitness boss will give you a bell. Fancy that? No call ever comes. This Mary is a bit dodgy, pinching from a teacher at a public school. We're now having to kick off a case with the attorney general. Over $1,000 down the drain and still only 1 half-hour session done. Mary kept calling off appointments and now there's just silence. My advice to anyone thinking of joining this gym - everything's fine apart from the cheats they have doing their personal training.

I've been going to EOS gym for just over 2 months now. I absolutely love the classes and the gym cinema is a fantastic bonus. My top picks are definitely Body Pump, Ab lab & Bands, and Booty classes. The instructors do a great job of explaining the moves, which I appreciate. Plus, the price is reasonable and the services are top-notch. Cheers to a great gym experience!

Update - After months of back and forth, I have finally received a refund.
EDIT - I had a chat with the district operations manager who mentioned she processed a refund for me. However, this was more than 2 weeks ago, way beyond the usual 5-7 days timeframe. I tried reaching out to her multiple times but haven't received any response. I will update once I receive the refund as promised.
EOS doesn't seem to prioritize their customers. When I signed up with my two children, the staff member created three separate accounts instead of one, with two members added under each. This resulted in me having to pay for three annual memberships, which seems unfair considering they offer a family membership that could have covered one of the fees. On July 22nd, I contacted ABC Financial to cancel one of the memberships before the annual fee was due on July 28th. The ABC employee mentioned that EOS might assist with a refund or credit if we ever decided to reopen the account, but advised me to confirm with EOS. Upon contacting EOS, I was informed that I could get a refund within 30 days, pending confirmation from the operations manager. However, despite the confirmation, they mentioned that, as a valued customer, they couldn't offer any assistance - no refund, no credit. If you value your money, I recommend looking for a gym elsewhere as EOS simply doesn't seem to care. I have decided to take my other two memberships elsewhere.
