I 'ad an absolutely brilliant time at EOS, all thanks to Teague! Teague went well beyond the extra mile to assist me, and I've never come across customer service of this caliber before. The team was patient, informative, and truly showed an interest in aiding me. The entire EOS crew were also exceptionally friendly and hospitable, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I can't recommend EOS enough to anyone seeking top-quality service and a fabulous gym ambiance!

This gym is the only one I frequent, and that's because the staff and atmosphere are top-notch. I always enjoy catching up with Anna in the mornings – she's so warm and friendly to everyone who approaches the front desk. Plus, she's quick at checkouts and never fails to greet you with a smile. Thanks to her and the overall experience, I'm now a loyal regular at this fitness center.
Rachel Price (6/14/25, 3:51 PM):
The gym is absolutely top-notch! Impeccably clean, too. I had a chat with Sofia, and she was incredibly helpful ☺️.
Carolyn Ortiz (6/13/25, 7:20 PM):
This gym is a hidden gem! The equipment may be a bit outdated, I must admit, but the staff are incredibly welcoming and truly enhance the overall experience. I encountered a major issue with my app account, and the manager, Hunter, went above and beyond to reset it for me so I could easily book classes again. The entire team exudes positivity and creates a supportive atmosphere focused on promoting health and wellness. Their infectious energy keeps me motivated and coming back for more workouts. I highly recommend giving this gym a try!

You've only got 5 days to cancel, or you'll automatically be charged a $50 annual fee. They conveniently forget to mention that little detail, just get you to sign here, there, and everywhere. And if you dare try to cancel, they make it really tough to do so. Consider yourself warned!
Mia Rodriguez (6/10/25, 7:37 AM):
I popped in on a guest pass with a mate.
Nate was proper helpful, breaking down all the club's bits and bobs.
Lovely spot, not too packed on a Sunday arvo.

Oh dear, what a dreadful experience! I attempted to avail of a 7-day complimentary membership as I was visiting the gym with a companion for a week. However, I was informed by a staff member that this was not feasible and instead signed up for a membership costing 1 dollar. When I later decided to cancel (having not even set foot in the gym), I was charged 70 dollars, and to my dismay, the cancellation was not processed. Upon contacting them once more, I was hit with an additional charge of 70 dollars for the cancellation. I would advise against squandering your money on such a mediocre gym.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I must say, working with Autumn Capurso at the gym was an absolute delight! As soon as I stepped foot in the gym, she made the process of setting up my membership smooth and hassle-free. Autumn's vast knowledge, warm demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for assisting me in kickstarting my fitness journey were truly remarkable.

Not only did she explain the membership options clearly, but she also offered valuable advice and encouragement to help me regain my fitness levels. Her infectious motivation and positive vibes have rubbed off on me, and thanks to her, I now feel more confident and enthusiastic about achieving my fitness objectives than ever before.

If you're seeking a professional, approachable individual who is genuinely passionate about supporting others in their fitness endeavors, I wholeheartedly endorse Autumn. She has truly been a game-changer for me!

I absolutely adore this gym spot! The team at the front desk are incredibly helpful and friendly, always giving me a warm welcome! I'm consistently greeted with a big smile! :) The facility and equipment are pristine and well-maintained.
Amy Howard (6/1/25, 7:00 PM):
So I decided to try out this gym for a week and it turns out they're going to make me have a chat with someone. I really don't feel like talking to anyone, I just want to try it out for the week and see if I like it before committing. I spoke with Chandler, who wasn't very helpful and insisted that I had to speak with someone before I could start working out. I already have a seven-day pass, so I asked if he could call the supervisor while I waited. Chandler told me they don't answer after hours, but I wasn't even asking for their phone number, just looking for a solution. Chandler seemed unsure and couldn't give me a clear answer. At this rate, if I decide not to join this gym, it will be because no one here seems to know what's going on!
Roger Allen (6/1/25, 9:42 AM):
The gym is just too packed, mate. You're queuing up for every machine, bench, or squat rack. My usual 45-minute workout turns into an hour and a half here. It's not as tidy as it should be, and the staff isn't all that helpful. And when I tried to cancel my membership, they made me cough up an extra month's fee just to do so. Absolutely awful business tactics, I must say.
Johnny Rogers (6/1/25, 5:57 AM):
I've been training with Lance Dunn, a personal trainer extraordinaire. His motivational skills are top-notch, and he delves deep into the world of physical fitness. His straightforward attitude towards overall health is refreshing. I wholeheartedly endorse him for anyone embarking on their fitness journey. The man knows his stuff.
Kyle Ortiz (5/31/25, 6:58 PM):
I popped in with a buddy as a guest last week. I've been to plenty of gyms, but this one had some really top-notch staff who were so welcoming! Andrey went above and beyond by letting me juice up my phone while I waited for my pal to finish their workout. Eric was also a real gem, super friendly and happy to chat about the gym and the local area. Marina, the operations manager, was just brilliant – so professional, easy to talk to, and she knew her stuff inside out. If I end up becoming a member at EOS, this will definitely be my go-to gym thanks to Marina's outstanding management skills and professionalism. Big thanks for a fantastic first visit to your spot!
Russell Hayes (5/28/25, 12:02 AM):
Oh dear, what a nightmare! I've been trying to end my membership since January, and they keep attempting to charge my card for both mine and my husband's memberships. And now they're leaving me voicemails demanding payment for a membership I've already canceled. Escaping their clutches is proving to be quite the challenge. Time to find a new gym and bid farewell to this ongoing ordeal. Goodbye, EOS.
Bobby Graham (5/27/25, 1:27 PM):
A variety of equipment available for use, a wide range of classes to join, a lovely swimming pool and sauna, welcoming staff, and a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Amy Moore (5/25/25, 6:20 PM):
This is the only spot I hit up because it's right across the road lol. It's a decent size, with a pool, outdoor area, and sauna. Busiest times from what I've seen are around lunch and between 3 to 6. They're usually pretty good at sorting out broken machines, but there have been occasions when a machine or the sauna has been out of order for over a week, sometimes even longer. Nonetheless, it's a solid spot and the staff is super friendly. No snaps though, 'cause it'd be odd snapping away in the gym 😆
Victoria Rodriguez (5/25/25, 4:24 PM):
I must say, I was quite taken aback when this establishment decided to send me a screenshot of their details and location without my prior consent. I already have my own home gym and have never shown any interest in joining a traditional gym. This new marketing tactic they are employing seems rather peculiar, as sending unsolicited screenshots to individuals is certainly not the most effective approach in my opinion.
Riley Stewart (5/25/25, 1:58 AM):
I must say, the customer service at this EOS establishment leaves much to be desired. It appears that Destiny, the site manager, falls short on following up on queries and tends to make excuses without offering an apology for any inconvenience caused. A friendly and courteous demeanor is crucial for anyone in a managerial role. It seems that EOS is warm and welcoming only when they're trying to recruit new members, but once you've joined, the experience takes a nosedive. Despite being a member for three years, I encountered various issues with membership fee deductions and their failure to address these concerns promptly. The gym itself doesn't seem impressive enough to compensate for the subpar management.
Douglas Alexander (5/24/25, 10:47 AM):
The customer service is located in the Philippines and when you try to call your club location, you are redirected there (and they don't understand English). The fitness class room at Warner & McClintock had no AC, it was broken. Why do we have to pay a monthly fee if they can't even fix the AC?
Zachary Smith (5/21/25, 5:27 AM):
I was visiting from out of town and managed to squeeze in about 4 workouts at this gym during my stay. I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The classes were top-notch! I had the pleasure of joining two Bodypump classes, one led by Heather, and I absolutely adored her teaching approach. The gyms in my hometown just can't hold a candle to the EOS locations I've visited in Arizona.
