Leslie is absolutely amazing when it comes to RUSH Physical Therapy! She's my absolute favorite! Her kindness and compassion truly shine through in her work. She definitely deserves a raise!

I typically hit the gym at one of the city locations, but every now and then, I drop by this spot when I find myself in the suburbs.

The contrast in mask enforcement here is staggering (compared to other gyms in the area). Roughly 70-80% of folks at this location do NOT sport masks (though FFC staff members do adhere to the rules), and it's evident that management and employees are turning a blind eye to the situation. It's unsettling to get my workout in at this particular branch. Urgent action is needed to address this concern!

Amazing gym

Edit: Still a five-star rating, but if you're thinking about heading over on Friday or Saturday evenings for a game of basketball, think twice. There's always a bunch of rowdy 8th graders hogging the court and causing a ruckus. It would also be greatly appreciated if they could extend their weekend hours at least until 11 pm.

I've been a member of this gym since the beginning and I can honestly say I have very few complaints. The cleanliness of the place is top-notch and the staff are incredibly friendly. During the pandemic, the gym was very considerate and reduced dues to just $10 per month. On Friday evenings, there's a talented guy who sings and plays guitar in the bar area on the third floor, creating a lovely community atmosphere. My wife does mention that some classes have been cut since Covid, but I believe they are slowly bringing them back online. My only minor gripe is the lack of jump ropes, but I might be a bit particular about that.

I had the most frustrating experience with the kids club at the gym. I went through the trouble of reserving a spot for my child, got not one but two confirmation emails, only to show up on July 4th and be turned away because they claimed they didn't have enough staff. It begs the question, what's the point of making a reservation in the first place?

Just had the most incredible massage with Dave today. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and his expertise really shone through. I left feeling absolutely fantastic and I'm already looking forward to booking with him again!

I absolutely adore FFC. The pristine and spacious facilities are top-notch, and the Management team is incredibly attentive to any feedback or suggestions. And let's not forget about Jamie and Scott; they consistently go above and beyond to ensure my husband and I feel right at home. I cannot recommend FFC highly enough!
