The Fitness Foundry is a splendid gym to exercise at. Jasmine and her spouse, Cam, who are the proprietors, provide a spotless and well-kept gym. Jasmine is an outstanding personal trainer. She will challenge you to bring out your best. She is highly knowledgeable and does an excellent job of tailoring to your fitness requirements. Additionally, she is very amiable and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The gym itself has a cozy feel akin to a home gym. It can sometimes be overwhelming in larger gyms, but here they focus on the essentials. I highly recommend commencing your fitness journey here. This is where it all starts. You will not be let down!

As a more seasoned gentleman myself, I find it quite reassuring to engage in workouts alongside the younger members of this gym. Avoid this place at all costs. You might think I'm exaggerating, but the crazy thing is, I'm not! The owner will treat you like a child - if you even so much as lean a weight against the equipment between sets, she'll come out of her office to give you an earful. She's absolutely obsessed with the cleanliness of the floors. Even if you're wearing clean but slightly worn-out shoes, she'll still complain about any "dust" prints you leave behind. I once used a handle attachment for landmine rows (a pretty common exercise), and she reviewed the security camera footage that night only to confront me the next day about supposed "scratches" on the inside of the handle. She then proceeded to confiscate the handle and hide it in a closet. I've also heard numerous stories about her monitoring members on camera and then threatening to revoke their memberships. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place altogether!

If you're seeking someone to push you beyond your comfort zone, look no further than Jasmine – she's an outstanding personal trainer with a delightful and engaging personality. I enrolled in private training sessions with her to familiarize myself with new exercises and ensure proper form since I'm not a regular gym-goer. It's crucial to perform exercises correctly to prevent injuries. It's fantastic to have a facility in our neighborhood that operates 24/7 to accommodate individuals with diverse work schedules. If you haven't visited this establishment yet, you absolutely must. They provide various membership options and even a daily rate for visitors to Galena. Do not expect to watch anything on the televisions except fighting. Many of the machines are outdated and broken. Always searching for cleaning supplies and paper towels. The toilet paper roll was on the floor every time I visited. Save your money and go somewhere where the customer is appreciated.

This gym 'as everythin' ya need to achieve yer goals, whether it's 'eavy liftin' to cardio machines. It is super clean, well kept, and the gym owner/trainer 'as the most upliftin' and motivatin' energy. Whether ya are a beginner or advanced, the atmosphere is extremely welcomin', ya won't be disappointed!
