I was eager to give the gym a try so I could get back to my lifting routine. I arrived a tad early for my first appointment and was instructed to wait for 5 minutes, which I totally understood. After waiting for the designated time, I knocked on the door and even called out, but received no response, so I decided to leave. It's a bit puzzling how they attract new customers if this is the initial experience. I had hoped to utilize this gym as it's closer to me than Planet Fitness, but now I am more inclined to go there instead.

I recently registered for a 7-day trial at this gym, but was disappointed to find out that I couldn't access the weight room. How are you supposed to attract new customers like this?

I would advise against it. There's a clear reason why it has such low prices.

I popped into this cozy little gym looking for a spot of exercise, and while it could do with a few more machines, it served its purpose for a quick and simple workout. The best part? It's open 24/7, and surprisingly quiet, even during the early evening rush. The staff were quite pleasant, too. Overall, it's a decent little gym, and I made the most of my time there. However, I'll be moving on to a more fully equipped gym now. Cheers!

I've been a member of various gyms in the vicinity, but I keep returning to Anytime Fitness in Germantown. It truly feels like home to me. While it may not be a sprawling facility with amenities like showers, locker rooms, hot tubs, or saunas, what sets it apart are the fantastic classes, instructors, and the sense of belonging to a close-knit family. I absolutely adore this gym!

I must say, this gym is not very truthful when it comes to memberships! Initially, they made us feel so welcome and positive when we first entered the gym. However, when we attempted to cancel our membership after a few months, we encountered unexpected restrictions that were not disclosed to us when we signed the contract! It seems like their main focus is on finding ways to charge people rather than providing a good service. Needless to say, we won't be returning!

This gym didn't quite hit the spot for me. I found it challenging to have a proper workout session lasting more than 30 minutes as the daycare team would often beckon me back to tend to my baby, even though I had just fed them (to the brim) in the car right before entering the gym. The management came across as rather patronizing. All in all, I was left feeling let down and relieved to discover a different gym elsewhere.
