I travel around and make use of Planet Fitness branches across the nation. This particular spot possesses one of the shoddiest shower facilities that I've come across. The showers seemed neglected and require maintenance urgently. Only 2 shower heads were operational.

I used to frequent Planet Fitness and requested to terminate my membership back in April. They assured me it was canceled, so I proceeded to switch to a different gym and relocate to another city. However, several months later, I am still seeing charges for my PF membership. Upon contacting the establishment regarding this issue and expressing my frustration over losing more than $100, they disclosed that there was an employee who lacked the knowledge to properly cancel memberships. This same employee falsely informed me and numerous others that he had terminated our memberships when he hadn't actually done so. They advised me that I would not be refunded the money. Frankly, this situation is disgraceful and reveals the true priorities of the company. They are solely interested in taking your money, and even when they concede their error, you are the one who bears the consequences. I would unequivocally discourage anyone from considering Planet Fitness for their fitness needs.

I can’t rate my experience any higher, and it’s all thanks to the INCREDIBLE manager Ariel! She truly went the extra mile for me after I forgot my $300 coat there. Ariel was so accommodating and made sure it was returned to me when we were just passing through NE. Thank you once again, Ariel. You reassured me that there are truly amazing people in this world, and you are definitely one of them! Give that girl a RAISE!

Absolutely adore this place! The staff is ever so helpful and always ready to address all your queries. The equipment is top-notch and cutting-edge. You have the option to sanitize the machines as you use them (they provide spray bottles on tables spread throughout the gym). This spot also features massage rooms, tanning services, crossfit stations, and all the amenities you could wish for.

Planet Fitness in Grand Island has a wonderful staff and professionalism that is hard to come by these days. The club is pristine and the staff is top-notch. I absolutely enjoy working out there. I have tried other clubs, but I now consider Planet Fitness my new workout home.

Truck parking is definitely a bonus. However, the early weekend closure of the location is a bit inconvenient. It would be great if 24/7 Planet Fitness could come back.

It's all right. All of the bars are on the smith machine, so don't bother coming here if you actually want to use a free barbell to lift. They allowed a man to change in the women's restroom just because he was "gay," which made me very uncomfortable. There are usually sketchy individuals wearing flip-flops or jeans who clearly aren't working out and are just staring at women. Not a particularly comfortable environment for women alone.

The gym doesn't have much, and the scales for women never seem to work. I decided to cancel my membership and was informed that I couldn't receive a refund for my annual fee, despite having just paid it for 2024 and canceling before the year even arrived. The corporate office mentioned they don't handle these matters as the gyms are franchised. My advice? Find a better place to work out.

No worries about parking, fully equipped and digital scale... yet the basic older equipment line, and outdated tanning at this location. Most PFs in the country have level 4 sunrise 480s at a minimum, and many have level 5 bronzers. Still not too shabby.

One of the finest gyms I've had the pleasure of visiting. The locker rooms and bathrooms were spotless, the TVs all in working order, the equipment in top-notch condition, and the facilities appeared brand new. The staff was attentive and there was a good mix of both young and older gym-goers. A standout feature for me was the changing rooms conveniently located next to the showers, avoiding the need to walk through the locker room in the nude. Brilliant gym!
