The best crew keeps my favorite gym spotless compared to all the other locations.

Joan Rogers (5/13/25, 5:47 AM):
The machines were quite impressive, with built-in rep counters and time displays. It's a real game-changer for those of us who can sometimes lose track during our workouts. I was also a fan of their operating hours. The facility was immaculate, as is always the case with PF. The staff were friendly as well. Overall, a fantastic experience.
Jerry Robinson (5/12/25, 9:01 AM):
I have been thoroughly enjoying my time at this gym. It is consistently kept tidy, and the patrons are considerate when it comes to sharing the limited space. The organization of the weights is commendable, with a rating of 9 out of 10 for their proper placement.
Sharon Green (5/9/25, 12:46 PM):
Wow! As a gym enthusiast, I strive to see individuals embracing their physical well-being as a lifestyle choice. It's worth noting that I highly endorse Deniece for her outstanding customer service team, whose charming Asian smiles create a welcoming atmosphere for us members in the gym. Wishing you all a happy new year. Remember: "KEEP PUSHING UNTIL YOU REACH THE PEAK." Thank you.
Patrick Adams (5/8/25, 8:33 AM):
This gym is quite unkempt, I must say. I have visited several Planet Fitness locations in the past, and this one seems to be the least well-maintained. There is dust, debris, and trash scattered about, along with buckets collecting water from ceiling leaks. Some equipment is broken, and the floor is deteriorating in various spots, posing a potential tripping hazard. It would be advisable to steer clear of this particular club if possible.
Paul Roberts (5/8/25, 5:20 AM):
This establishment is an absolute disgrace. Without a doubt, it is one of the top three grimiest Planet Fitness locations I have ever visited across the country (and I've been to over 100). There is not a single clean corner in sight. The locker room and restrooms are simply revolting. The floors are riddled with holes and peeling surfaces. The accumulated dust and grime on the machines is clearly untouched for weeks. Moreover, a significant portion of the clientele seems to disregard wiping down their equipment after use. I intend to search for an alternative Planet Fitness branch during my stay in town.
John Kim (5/6/25, 10:39 AM):
Phil is a remarkably engaging manager, always ready with solutions to any issue. He recently enlightened me about a club benefit that I was unaware of, introducing me to Thor, an extraordinary asset to the facility. Thor excels as a personal trainer, inspiring a sense of enjoyment in each workout session. The entire staff radiates positivity and professionalism. I could go on, but suffice it to say that this location sets a high standard that many others could learn from. It must be noted, I have yet to witness anything other than spotless bathrooms here. 🤔
Gary Hall (5/5/25, 7:37 AM):
This gym is absolutely dreadful, mate. Let me tell ya, I'm a long-haul driver, cruising around in me van. Pulled up here at night, thinking I'll hit the gym in the mornin'. But at 7 am, this security bloke rocks up, wakes me right up, and starts blabbering about me plate numbers bein' written down and that I can't park there again. I'm like, 'What's the deal, mate? I'm a member here and just wanna work out.' But he couldn't give me a straight answer for the life of him. Rubbish place, rubbish people, I tell ya.
Margaret Henderson (5/4/25, 7:02 AM):
I popped into this Planet Fitness location and let me tell you, it was absolutely dreadful! We all understand that Planet Fitness can have its ups and downs, but one of the definite perks is usually its cleanliness... However, that was not the case here. The place was filthy, had a terrible odor, and using the restroom was out of the question unless you wanted to pick up a disease. Perhaps one of the 8 employees at the front desk could take care of that!
Leonard Morales (5/3/25, 1:18 AM):
This gym is top-notch when it's up and running, mate. My mates and I have hit it up three times this month, but we keep finding a laminated sign on the door saying there's been a water main issue and the gym is shut tight. I get that maintenance problems can pop up, but it would be ace if they could keep us in the loop about when they happen and when things are expected to be sorted out. Cheers!
Anthony Hamilton (4/30/25, 10:46 PM):
I am quite fond of Greenbelt. The fact that they are open 24 hours is incredibly convenient. What sets them apart for me is their commitment to cleanliness, which is not always the case in other Planet Fitness locations. As a female gym-goer, I particularly enjoy working out on the Smith machines. However, the proximity of the two side-by-side Smith machines can be a bit tricky to navigate, especially when it comes to moving between them or reracking the bar. The staff members are always friendly and ready to assist, which I find very welcoming. All in all, it's a fantastic facility.
Mark Gonzales (4/27/25, 1:58 PM):
I had a great time working out at the gym and I'll probably go back once all the COVID-19 challenges are sorted out! I believe that keeping things clean is crucial these days, and it's something I hope you focus on with other members. I've witnessed many instances where individuals use the equipment and then just leave it without a second thought. Now that we're dealing with this pandemic, I anticipate that there will be more emphasis on individuals cleaning up after themselves once the gyms reopen, or else face penalties or even being banned from the club! Take care and stay safe!
Lawrence Allen (4/22/25, 7:32 AM):
How can a bloomin' business expect to grow if it fails to treat its customers well? Aren't we supposed to 'elp generate customers?
Today, I paid a visit to the Landover location, where I 'ad been goin' to for nearly two months now, but I was denied entry. A staff member told me that mah gym in Greenbelt 'ad been reopened for almost three weeks. My question is: what information did ya provide to yer current members when ya finally opened up again? I sure as heck did not receive any email notifying me of this change. It was incredibly disappointing to stroll into the Landover location only to be told I couldn’t use the gym unless I paid. Honestly, who carries a bloomin' card to the gym at 4 a.m.?
To make matters worse, they called in a police officer to escort me out. I am very disappointed and reckon I'd like to receive an apology from the front desk associate, V, and the manager in Greenbelt. I can’t help but feel that if I were of a different race this situation would 'ave been 'andled very differently.
