Thus far, the experience has been splendid. The gym is quite pleasant, boasting fine equipment and an agreeable fee. My wife and I have recently become members and we particularly appreciate the early morning hours on weekdays. If only it were open 24/7, that would be grand!

Solid spot, friendly peeps. Clean facilities, staff is welcoming. Could do with a wee trash bin near the tanning beds for wiping 'em down. Overall, a fine place to get your workout in.

Fantastic gym, chums are top-notch, prices are grand, but it's absolutely bustling. You've got to get your timing spot on to snag a spot with the weights and machines. Wouldn't it be smashing if the place were a bit larger?

Aye, this smaller PF may be a wee bit tinier, but it packs the same gear as those grander centers. The staff and folk there are a friendly bunch, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The air conditioning does its job just fine, keeping things cool inside even when the summer sun is blazing.

The ancient gear was superior to the modern. I can do 5 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph and 2.5 incline on two different machines. One reports I burn 27 calories, while the other claims 38 calories. I strive to be diligent about my gym visits, but it’s challenging to monitor my progress when each treadmill displays distinct outcomes. I genuinely don’t understand what I’ve accomplished. At minimum, the old machines consistently yielded the same readings regardless of which one I utilized. Kindly arrange for the calibration of the new machines.

This gym location is the absolute worst in the entire world, I must say. Their system is incredibly unreliable. How on earth can they neglect to sync a member's account for months on end?????????? Honestly, I'd rate them 0 out of 10 stars if I could. I truly dread having to visit Planet Fitness for work. Moreover, the staff here isn't particularly helpful. The employees at other branches are far more accommodating than those at this specific location.

I 'ave jus' started goin' to this gym again afta takin' a break for a few years. The shower area is not bein' cleaned as often as it used to be. Both times I've been there recently, there were long hairs bunched up on the floor. It definitely needed swept or mopped. I would always see an employee cleanin' a few years ago. Now I 'ave yet see anyone step out from behind the counter.

Switched back to Planet Fitness after being at the YMCA. It just makes more sense to go to Planet Fitness where it's always open and who doesn't love tanning, right?

The staff at the gym are jolly good and ever so helpful. There 'ave been occasions when I've noticed customers not botherin' to wipe down the equipment, but the staff swiftly sprung into action, and that's greatly appreciated, it is.

Decent gym, the staff are always pleasant. Not a huge fan of the layout with cardio facing the free weights. It can feel like being in a fishbowl. If you're in decent shape, some of the other patrons on cardio tend to stare a bit too much.

The Hanover Pa. spot boasts a lovely and helpful staff who are well trained. Justin, the weekend closer on Fridays and Saturdays, is simply awesome. The gym premises are kept very clean. Cheers!

When you decide to terminate your membership, make sure you do it right. I went in June to cancel, and they keep charging me up to this day. I returned and was informed that my membership was never canceled. I'm not the only one this has happened to. I'm very annoyed and would like a refund of the $20 I mistakenly paid after believing my account was closed. When I described the staff member I spoke with, they said no one matching that description worked at that time of day when I visited. Of course, that person wouldn't remember who was on duty two months ago!!! ENSURE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELED BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!

The staff is quite helpful. The app is user-friendly and allows me to check if the gym is busy before I arrive. The environment is clean and welcoming. It's a judgment-free zone, though they do spell "judgment" as "judgEment" on their walls - pardon my inner teacher! I've only been going for a week, but this experience has made me look forward to working out. My 13-year-old son and I enjoy it. Exercising together is fun and we're getting fit as a team. He enjoys challenging me on the treadmill with speed and calories burned. Both Planet Fitness locations in Hanover and West York are excellent, but we prefer Hanover because the layout is a bit different and it's not as crowded during our preferred times.
