A splendid family-oriented establishment indeed! The upkeep is top-notch, and the staff are consistently delightful and eager to assist. A fantastic array of classes catering to various age brackets!

I am quite disappointed with this gym location. We decided to get a membership here because it's just 5 minutes away from our house, and my son has recently started learning how to swim. We intended to visit this location regularly during the winter since it doesn't have an outdoor pool.

However, when we tried to add my disabled mother-in-law, whom we take care of, to our family membership so she could enjoy watching her grandson, the staff informed us that it would require an exception (despite it being explicitly stated on the gym's website). Later, when I wanted to spend some time with my son at the indoor pool, the lifeguard on duty told us that we entered through the wrong doors.

We have been to multiple gym locations in the area, and this one was by far the most unsatisfactory and not family-friendly experience we've had. They should hire better staff who are more accommodating to families, especially if management is unavailable on weekends.

We are now planning to transfer our membership to the Canton location, which has better facilities and staff. We have to return to this location to arrange the transfer because apparently only the "director" can assist with that. At least in the Canton location, they allowed my mother-in-law to watch her grandson.

My family absolutely adores this place and we've been regulars for years. The warm welcome and continuous encouragement to prioritize our health here always make us feel so valued. I must give a special mention to their exceptional team, and in particular, Yanit, who surprised me with a birthday card during my birthday workout session. That extremely thoughtful act meant the world to me and truly reflects the unwavering positivity that compels us to keep returning through those doors.

I rang up to inquire about the possibility of hiring out the pool amenities after doing loads of research online which indicated that it was an option, however, the lady who picked up the phone informed me otherwise. She didn't seem inclined to verify the information or offer any assistance by suggesting alternative facilities. I made the call at (1:32 pm on the 19th of January, 2025). The person who dealt with my query at that time might benefit from some coaching on customer service etiquette.

The NW YMCA of Cobb is a fantastic place to explore while striving to maintain your fitness and health. The attendees are incredibly diverse and encouraging towards one another, complemented by a warm and knowledgeable team. Moreover, they continuously endeavor to enhance the community through engaging events and programs that bring happiness. It's truly a wonderful place to be!
Willie Williams (6/5/25, 4:54 PM):
It's a 5-star facility, but the folks at the front desk can be quite judgmental and impolite. My wife and I, both Navy veterans, have felt like we were being looked down upon. I would strongly suggest to management to remind their employees that they only have jobs because of the members who visit daily. While the gym itself is fantastic, it's important for some staff members to show more respect and humility towards the members or seek employment elsewhere.
Amelia Jackson (6/1/25, 8:57 AM):
Fantastic extensive facility with numerous classes and most importantly a superb team of staff and instructors who serve with a smile!
Olivia Torres (5/31/25, 8:59 AM):
I departed from other gym due to a multitude of reasons, but am absolutely thrilled with my decision to switch! The location is convenient, the facilities are kept immaculately clean, there is a wide array of class options available at convenient times, and the services are consistently top-notch. They also offer excellent programs tailored for seniors throughout the day, which is fantastic!
Barbara Jenkins (5/30/25, 6:17 PM):
Paul was absolutely brilliant at explaining the equipment and ran a fantastic class in the aerobics studio. I've just started there so we'll have to wait and see how things progress.
Samantha Reyes (5/30/25, 1:49 AM):
I absolutely adore the childcare options at the gym! The fact that they cater to homeschool children is fantastic. We have taken advantage of the Parents Morning Out program for my little one, as well as their regular childcare hours, Parents Night Out (such a great deal!) and Homeschool Hangout. It's wonderful to be able to squeeze in some exercise while knowing that the kids are having a blast.
Anna Hernandez (5/27/25, 3:06 PM):
I absolutely adore working out, and on Saturday mornings, I like to relax with a cup of coffee while writing. This has been my go-to spot throughout the autumn and spring seasons!
Sandra Brown (5/27/25, 12:17 PM):
I absolutely adore mingling and engaging with folks, the classes are splendid, not to mention the fantastic workout area, swimming pool, and sauna. The only hiccup I encounter is when it comes to renewing my membership.

I am absolutely chuffed with my local gym, they've got all sorts of great stuff like a climbing wall, the place is spotless and efficiently run, and the staff are so friendly and inviting.
Betty Taylor (5/17/25, 3:45 PM):
My favourite YMCA without a doubt. Everyone is so friendly and I've thoroughly enjoyed the fitness classes with Jazzi, Joanna, Juliana, Aimee, Margaret, Samantha, and Shimirrah. This location is 35 minutes away from me but it's definitely worth the drive on a Saturday or Sunday!
Abigail Morales (5/17/25, 6:14 AM):
