I tend to travel a fair bit and find myself frequenting different gyms across the country, using day and week passes as well as military gyms when I am near a base. Currently, I am in Lafayette, LA for the week. I stumbled upon Club 4 Fitness near my accommodations and managed to snag a week pass for $25.00 - a fantastic deal, if I do say so myself. The gym is decked out with top-of-the-line equipment that rivals what you find in military gyms. From the spotless bathrooms and showers to the spacious workout area, the staff is affable and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility and will definitely make a return visit when I'm back in the area. Huge thanks to Club 4 Fitness for the stellar experience!

My spouse experienced the most dreadful time at this gym, as you cannot work out with friends without being mistaken for a personal trainer, resulting in the termination of your membership and access being blocked without prior notice. The managers allow all of this to happen without conducting a proper investigation. I suspect some trainers are envious of how certain customers exercise and keep a close watch on them. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in any gym previously. Beware, Lafayette.

This gym is not up to par, the staff is not very good at all. They lie about updating your account and when I tried to cancel my membership, they were only interested in money. I suggest you steer clear of this place.

Dreadful customer service. No one picks up the blower. I have records of assorted days with 10-20 calls unanswered during operational hours. No one returns your phone calls. They keep deducting from your account post signing an annulment contract. No compliance with COVID guidelines or hygiene by members or staff. No one donning masks (even the staff) or sanitizing equipment. Nonetheless, the gear and layout are alright if you're up for taking the plunge.

Edit: The only comeback I've received in over a month has been to this critique. Why not inquire the regional to respond to my voicemails and emails already dispatched via the website instead of requesting another email from me.

I attempted to cancel my membership in April after relocating to another state. To my surprise, I discovered that I was still being charged monthly fees. After realizing this, I contacted them in August to confirm my account closure. I spoke with a manager who gave me excuses and shifted the blame to their billing company for the ongoing charges. Now, I have just noticed that I am being charged again in October. This feels like a blatant theft. It's a decent gym if you don't plan on moving or ending your membership. However, it tends to be overly crowded, resulting in long waits for equipment.

Absolutely love this Gym. The folks here are fantastic, the coaches are top-notch, and the equipment is like new. So grateful for this Gym, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Excited to hop on the rowing machine and get my sweat on!

Scam alert, mate! Be cautious when signing up for this gym, as cancelling your membership is a right hassle. It's a proper pain in the neck and takes up loads of your time. Just stick to it if you're in it for the long haul, otherwise, steer clear!

This gym is absolutely dreadful. So, my job relocated me abroad and I had to terminate my membership. I phoned them to cancel 8 months ago and was assured that everything was sorted, my membership would be canceled. (I even paid for 4 months without stepping foot in the gym and expressly stated that I didn't want a refund, just wanted to cancel.) A few months later, I noticed they were still charging me, so I had to block their payments through my bank. Now, after 8 months, I receive a call from a debt collector stating that $250 was sent to them by Club4Fittness. It's completely unfair, but I paid it off. I strongly urge anyone seeking a reputable gym to steer clear of this company. Their practices are highly questionable. I should have checked the reviews before signing up myself, as I can see numerous others were in the same boat as me.

I've been a member of gyms for 20 years and never had such a dreadful experience as I did with Club 4. I felt discriminated against and unfairly singled out. While I appreciated the facilities, the management is laughable. They claim to adhere to policies but selectively enforce them. It's disappointing how they cherry-pick which rules to follow and whom to apply them to.

Big gym, but packed with some major hot water problems. The gym has been shut down on several occasions over the last few months without any refund or make-up sessions. The team is not very welcoming. Best to search elsewhere!

I quite enjoyed the gym and found the staff to be quite pleasant. However, I must say, I was rather disappointed to discover that I was charged $50 to downgrade my membership level, a fee which no one informed me of when I initially upgraded. It turns out I didn't need access to the tanning services anymore, hence my decision to cancel before the next billing cycle. To my dismay, I was still charged for another month as I wasn't aware of the 30-day cancellation policy. Despite my positive experiences at the gym, this unfortunate turn of events has left me with a sour impression. I doubt I will be returning in the future.

THE STAFF IS SIMPLY MARVELOUS. I relocated from Lake Charles, and even though there were a few hiccups transferring my membership, they diligently worked to resolve any issues. With the upgraded WiFi, my experience has become truly delightful.
