My lad 'as been doin' CrossFit Kids trainin' 'ere for about 7 months. 'Is overall transformation 'as been remarkable. 'E 'as gained soooo much confidence, strength, and determination in just a few short months. This 'as been such a wonderful outlet for 'im. My wife and I were in town visiting friends for a couple of days and I was looking for a gym to drop in on to justify my Meches intake. I paid CF Lafayette a visit on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Justin. He was super friendly, very accommodating, and just an all-around delight to hang out with.

The gym is a good size with big bay doors to let the air in. They have plenty of equipment including bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, and assault bikes, all in good condition.

There were 3 other people there when I dropped in, all were very friendly not to mention WOD beasts. Using them as a metric, this gym knows how to train its athletes.

I'll definitely come back again when we're in town and I suggest you do the same. If I lived in Lafayette, they'd be the gym I pay my dues to. Thanks, Justin!

Popped by during a business trip and I must say, quite pleased with my visit! The gym is spotless and modern, the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the fellow group members were incredibly friendly! Will surely return next time I'm in town.

CrossFit Lafayette is absolutely brilliant. I'm completely new to CrossFit style training, and I absolutely adored it. Despite having a background in MMA, I was keen on delving into strength training. The communal class setting really appealed to me, as everyone works out together. The coach/owner was superb, and the overall atmosphere of the gym was fantastic. It's just a top-notch place. If you're contemplating giving it a go like I did, this spot is the real deal. I highly recommend it.

I 'ave been a member of Crossfit Lafayette for more than 4 years and my missus 'as been 'ere even longer. As a converted Crossfit Skeptic, joining Crossfit Lafayette 'as been one of the best decisions of our lives.
Over the past 4 years, the coaches of Crossfit Lafayette 'ave been pillars of our 'ealth and wellness.
The team of coaches are extremely professional and can offer assistance regardless of your stage of fitness, physical limitations, or lack of motivation. They are not only knowledgeable, but regularly compete at Crossfit Competitions and make our gym look good!
We can't thank Taylor, Trey, and the rest of the Crossfit Lafayette Team enough for 'elping us achieve our fitness goals.

Absolutely splendid, the instructors are tremendously helpful! I found myself motivated but never overly pressured! The prices are superb and the energy is quite productive, I'd give it a 10/10 and will definitely be bringing a friend along next time.

Crossfit Lafayette is a gem among crossfit facilities. I reached out to Taylor on the phone and asked to drop by for the day. (It's rare for crossfit places to answer phone calls.) But the owner did. 🙌🏼 Taylor offered a complimentary consultation of the gym, which was very enlightening. They have a wide array of new equipment that is well-maintained. The community there was exceptionally welcoming too.
Taylor, the Crossfit owner, was extremely welcoming, positive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both Taylor and Trey, who was the coach for the 5:30 pm class today, were highly passionate and fully committed to helping me achieve my physical goals.
Trey is one of the finest coaches I've had the pleasure of being coached by during my time there. He is very amiable and focused on helping everyone improve and reach their fitness objectives.
He instructed me on proper breathing techniques and correct form before we began working out. Once the class commenced, he explained the movements in great detail.
In my six years of trying out different crossfit gyms, I haven't encountered a coach or gym that matches his level of dedication to each individual.
I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a friendly community and wanting to achieve their fitness goals.
I would definitely come back here again.

I popped in for a few days while I was in town for work. I must say, Justin, Priscilla, and the members have been absolutely splendid this week. I felt welcomed right away and well taken care of. The workouts were tough and balanced out all the tasty treats Louisiana has to offer! If you're seeking a box away from home, be sure to swing by!

I was in town for a conference and popped by the 5:30 pm session. It was a splendid experience, I must say. The coach and members were incredibly welcoming. The facility and equipment are top-notch, you can tell they've recently upgraded their gear. I certainly would recommend Crossfit Lafayette and I intend to drop in again next time I'm in the area.
