So neat and tidy with a plethora of machines, highly organized with a diligent and amiable staff always hard at work keeping everything clean.

I've been frequenting this gym for a couple of months now mainly because it's close by. I go to a gym in Billerica that offers proper equipment like benches, squat racks, assault bikes, rowers, etc. They even have dumbbells that exceed 100 pounds. The place is always tidy and the staff is friendly. Personally, I enjoy using the back machines since my current gym lacks them. However, some individuals are really pushing themselves to the limit and risking back injuries. It's quite a sight to see, most of them don't seem to have a proper understanding of how to lift weights correctly. The way they use the lat pulldown machine is particularly amusing. The local teenagers are also quite comical in their lifting techniques, often getting distracted by their phones and taking photos, which can be quite annoying. I understand the concept of judgment-free zones in gyms, but it's best to focus on your workout and then move on.

The men’s changing room can often be quite unkempt. On multiple occasions, I've had to forgo my workout because the staff failed to show up for their opening shift. There is a clear need for better staffing. There were instances where I couldn’t access the Black Card area due to the absence of staff to check me in.

Update...it's now the third or fourth time that I've arrived here first thing in the morning, and there's no one present to open the gym. It's absolutely ludicrous.

I continue to encounter difficulties accessing the Black Card area as there is only one employee at the desk, and they frequently vanish for 10-20 minutes at a time. Why should we pay extra for a service we can't even use because we can't gain entry? It's a complete rip off! None of the other PF locations I've visited have this issue. They really need to recruit more staff!

I done canceled me membership at 11 in the morn' with the club manager and 'ad no issues at all. I be used to bein' bothered and questioned when cancellin' memberships, but I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. We'll see about future billin' if they stay true to their word.

This gym has been my main spot for over a year. It's well-lit, tidy, and the gear is usually in tip-top shape. It can get a bit busy at times and they tend to blast more metal music than I prefer, but a good pair of earbuds can easily solve that.

Top choice for my area. However, frequently experiencing delayed openings due to staff not showing up on time. Moreover, I have yet to exercise at a facility with such a high number of malodorous individuals. Kindly consider taking a shower and changing out of your sweaty attire after each workout, gentlemen.

If you’re looking to join a fantastic, tidy, and welcoming gym, be sure to visit Planet Fitness in Maynard. This place is top-notch, equipped with all the machines and free weights you could ever want. However, the true standout was my man Rob at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly and took his time guiding me through the membership sign-up process. He even remembered my name every time I entered the gym. The guy was just amazing. He deserves a raise! Make sure to request him next time you require assistance there.

I was a member at Lifetime Fitness for a bit afore I stumbled upon Planet Fitness in Maynard. I soon found out that this establishment has all I could ever need for me workouts, and at just $10 a month, it’s a steal of a deal. The gym is consistently tidy, quite spacious so there’s always a piece of equipment open, and the crew is unfailingly amiable. I would highly recommend this Planet Fitness!

This Planet Fitness is absolutely dreadful, mate! The new team members are completely abandoned and can't handle the computer system, without any assistance whatsoever! There have been several instances where I couldn't access the services I'm paying for because the staff are clueless. If I could, I'd rate this place a whopping zero stars.

The Maynard location is super spacious, always impeccably clean and filled with plenty of equipment. I adore their massage chairs, which are complimentary with a black card membership. The folks at the front desk are always so cheerful and willing to assist.
