Joe Russell (5/1/25, 9:22 AM):
This establishment truly needs to address the management and all staff members. There's never anyone available at the front desk to assist customers. When I want to use the tanning bed, I've waited up to 20 minutes just to get help from the front desk. The first time I tanned after joining, no employee informed me of the cleaning instructions, nor were they displayed in the room. I had no idea I was supposed to clean up, and when I mentioned this to the front desk attendant afterwards, he nonchalantly let someone else use the bed without cleaning it first. The gym itself is consistently unclean. Non-employees freely roam around and even use the computer behind the front desk. I witnessed this when someone who claimed to have been fired attempted to set the timer for me during one of my lengthy waits to tan. When I decided to end my membership, the manager showed no interest in why I wanted to leave - he didn't even inquire. He assured me that cancelling would be easy and that I wouldn't be charged any further fees. However, I was still charged on the next billing date, and no staff member could explain the oversight. I'm utterly dissatisfied with this company and its apparent lack of regard for its members.

I absolutely adore Crunch. It's a fabulous gym because they offer facilities like a pool and sauna, which many other gyms don't have, and all for the same price or even less. The staff is fantastic, and they offer excellent products such as pre/post-workout supplements, protein shakes, and more. I love that they provide guest passes. I'll definitely be staying with them!

Lovely spot, perfect for a speedy pump!
Justin Gonzales (4/25/25, 1:36 AM):
The amenities are alright, but they seem to attract some unsavory characters, and the slim lady with glasses who was on duty on 11/24 clearly lacks proper customer service skills. She was quite rude and did not create a welcoming environment at all. I initially signed up for a week trial with the intention of becoming a monthly member, but after my encounter with her and nearly losing my belongings, I have decided against it.
Charles Morales (4/23/25, 1:31 PM):
I ‘ad a membership ‘ere but won’t renew it because ‘alf the gym’s exercise machines are broken. I know of 4 treadmills that the incline doesn’t work on, most of the striders' foot pedals are cracked and ‘ave holes in them. Most of the machines with the rep counters the counters don’t work, and a lot of the elliptical machines aren’t a smooth ride. The positive is they ‘ave an amazin’ staff, it’s kept clean, and it’s a great location. I would definitely be a member if the equipment was upgraded.
Brittany Morgan (4/23/25, 12:23 AM):
The gym offers a splendid array of amenities such as a pool, hot tub, dry and wet sauna, massage chair, and tanning bed. Additionally, there is a gym area upstairs which is fantastic. Occasionally, the gym can get quite crowded with folks hogging the machines, but overall, it provides excellent value for the price.
Kyle Davis (4/21/25, 6:51 PM):
Beware of the free trial! Deep within the club agreement lies a clause stating that you must provide a 10-day notice before canceling, and they won't inform you about it. I was enticed by the free month offer and wanted to test out the gym to see if it suited me, only to find a better gym elsewhere. When I inquired about cancellation procedures, I was informed that it requires a 10-day notice and I would be charged for a second month. I decided to cut ties and canceled my card 🤷 It would be beneficial if management made the 10-day notice policy more conspicuous to avoid disgruntled customers.
Betty Robinson (4/19/25, 2:45 AM):
Quite a pleasant gym, but I do wish they could keep the sauna a tad bit hotter. I reckon I'm not the only one who feels that way, so I'm sure they're already aware of it. Besides that, keep up the good work!
Kathleen Cook (4/14/25, 10:37 AM):
I requested a complimentary trial on Tuesday to access the swimming pool. I had visited this gym a few years back, but the excessive chlorine levels caused me to have a reaction. On Thursday, I was informed that there would be a water aerobics session at 9:00, only to discover there was no instructor present. The water in the pool appeared murky, and both the staff and other individuals using the pool mentioned ongoing filtration issues for the past two weeks. Despite taking a thorough shower afterwards, my skin is once again irritated and breaking out. Due to these experiences, I have decided not to return to this facility and have concerns regarding the water's safety. Furthermore, the changing room benches were noticeably unclean.
Zoey Miller (4/13/25, 10:31 PM):
Aye, I must say, the location in Meridian is quite convenient, indeed. The facility boasts 2 floors, with the gym located upstairs and the pool, among other amenities, downstairs. However, it could do with a bit of maintenance. The pool could certainly benefit from some sprucing up and a thorough cleaning. Additionally, we're eagerly awaiting the repair of the steam room. Nonetheless, it's a reasonably priced gym with a fantastic staff, all things considered.
Catherine Howard (4/11/25, 9:16 PM):
The front desk staff is lovely and very helpful. The group classes are a blast! My absolute favorite is Jennifer's Zumba class; the energy and vibe take me right back to a cruise ship party! It's a great way to boost those endorphins and spread some joy. I would definitely suggest this gym to my friends.
Rebecca Kelly (4/7/25, 8:41 AM):
I absolutely adore this gym, the staff are so lovely and always pay attention to me. I've been a member for nearly two years now, mainly focusing on weightlifting and the occasional swim. I used to attend a fab class last year that was half an hour of upper body work followed by half an hour of lower body exercises, but sadly it's no longer on the schedule. I would love it if they added more group classes in the evenings, especially after 5pm! It would be amazing if they could bring in a Pure Barre instructor so I wouldn't have to pay extra for group classes. There are plenty of morning classes, but not many options in the afternoon.
