I was a bit hesitant to try out group workout classes, as it's not something I've ever been fond of. I was in need of something more challenging than just the usual gym routine, but didn't want to spend ages wandering around from one machine to the next hoping I was doing it right. That's when I decided to give F45 a go, and I fell in love with it on the first day. I didn't feel awkward or out of place; the atmosphere is incredibly positive and uplifting. They push you to challenge yourself, while also providing modifications based on your fitness level. One thing I really appreciated was that everyone there is at different levels of fitness and ages. The workouts are only 45 minutes long, yet I burn more calories in that time than I did spending 90 minutes at the gym. After three months of attending, my friends, husband, and family have all commented on how much thinner and more toned I look. I feel better, stronger, and happier overall. I highly recommend F45 – the workouts are always varied, and the owner and coaches are amazing!

This gym is absolutely smashing and jolly good! The trainers are top-notch at assisting with your form and function. It's quite the physical challenge, but once you get going, you simply can't get enough! Highly recommend this place. Fantastic results await!

The finest gym in Meridian, without a doubt!! I used to dread my daily gym visits. I found it difficult to spice things up, constantly repeating the same routines. But now, I need not fret. I arrive, everything is prepared, a brief overview of the workout followed by a warm-up session with a trainer, and 45 minutes later, I've completed an incredible and demanding workout. 5 stars and more.

Let's just start by saying, I absolutely adore F45. As a member in San Mateo, CA passing through Boise on vacation, I couldn't bear to miss my workout routine. Thankfully, I was thrilled to discover there's an F45 located here! I reached out to John, the owner, and he graciously welcomed me to join a morning class. Upon arrival, both John and the other coach, Sarah (apologies if I've misspelled that!), were incredibly hospitable. Coach Sarah infused the session with boundless energy and inspiration, ensuring we kept moving!

I am truly grateful for the experience and rest assured, if my travels bring me back this way, I will definitely return.

If you haven't yet explored F45, I urge you to give it a go! Each day offers a new, challenging workout that will push you further than you thought possible. Every. Single. Time. Your physique will transform, and you'll feel empowered!

This place is brilliant! The workouts completely knacker me by the end and the trainers are all top-notch. A very tidy and welcoming environment. I tried the 1-week free trial and the trainers immediately spotted I was a newbie, they talked me through everything right from the beginning, remembered my name in every session, etc. Top-notch facility, I must say.

If you're searching for a gym that'll make the most of your time and provide you with a strong sense of community, then this is the place for you! I tried their week trial and was instantly captivated. It was tough yet exhilarating! No need to stress about setting up weights or planning out my workouts each day. Everything is neatly organized for me, so I can get in and out quickly, and the staff is fantastic. Thanks for making me feel so welcome!

Outstanding workout, just 45 minutes and you'll depart feeling absolutely spent. Undoubtedly the finest gym community around. The proprietor is truly fantastic and you'll be embraced as part of a close-knit group. For individuals dealing with type 1 diabetes, this establishment is a must-visit. The impact on your blood sugar levels is simply remarkable. Recently, this gym has transitioned to resistance training (weightlifting) thrice a week!

I absolutely adore this gym! The workouts are incredibly challenging and varied, so you never get bored. All of the coaches are fantastic as well! My personal favorite is David because, in my humble opinion, he plays the best music 😂 The owner Liz is also really lovely!

For those who are not in top shape but are eager to join F45, I would strongly suggest spending about a month working out on your own before fully committing to F45. And make sure you actually do it! Personally, I found that doing cardio 4 times a week helped me build up some basic endurance.

When I first attempted to join F45 in 2022, I was completely unfit, and I couldn't even make it through the trial week because the workouts were so intense that my body felt completely wrecked. This left me feeling disheartened, and I ended up quitting. This is not a complaint about F45 at all! It's just something to keep in mind for the F45 program in general, which I wish I had been aware of beforehand.

I joined F45 a fortnight back and I am completely sold! The coaches really know their stuff, the sessions are intense, and the camaraderie among members is a breath of fresh air compared to the usual gym scene. Definitely worth every penny of the membership fee as long as you keep up the consistency!
