Quite packed. Membership benefits don't measure up. Non-students are at a disadvantage here! Cramped gyms, youths hogging machines or recording unsuitable videos. Consider opting for home workouts or seeking out another gym to avoid disappointment with this one. If only they had a Planet Fitness or community park gym... it could potentially surpass this overly crowded and underwhelming establishment.

The staff at the gym are ever so helpful and friendly. The facility is spotlessly clean and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. However, one must be mindful as some of the gym-goers can be quite competitive. It's best to maintain proper gym etiquette and ensure to keep your hands inside the ride at all times.

I've recently joined this gym and it's been quite promising so far. I'll keep you updated as things progress. However, there have been some recent developments that have led me to reassess my initial thoughts. Despite being a member for a few years now, I no longer feel welcomed, especially in the pool area. I don't swim, but rather walk in the pool, which seems to be frowned upon by other users, particularly the swimmers. When I raised this issue with management, including the owner, little was done to address the situation or make me feel included.

Upon attempting to cancel my membership, I was instructed to do so in writing, preferably via email. I was also informed that if this cancellation occurred after the 15th of the month, my credit card would be charged for the following month. Despite expressing my concerns just a few days past this deadline, I was still billed for an additional month that I had no intention of using.

After being charged, I decided to give the pool another try, only to find that the same issues persisted. While the staff members have always been friendly and accommodating, they were the sole reason I continued to use the facility for so long. Regrettably, the owner did not seem to acknowledge my email outlining my concerns and decision to terminate my membership.

Subsequently, an employee informed the owner of my dissatisfaction, prompting him to contact me. Coincidentally, during this call, I had a passenger in my car who had also experienced poor treatment in a separate incident unrelated to the gym. I truly wish this situation could have resulted in a more positive outcome.

The staff at this gym is absolutely fantastic. The exercise equipment is top-notch, and there are plenty of friendly faces to get to know. It's a great place to work out and socialize!

Absolutely smashing staff and owners, I must say! The atmosphere is top-notch, with jolly good workout tunes playing that make me leave my earbuds at home. Everything's clean, safe, and ever so relaxed. They've been absolute gems in helping me reach my fitness goals. The gear is top-of-the-line, and the cherry on top is the sauna, tanning room, and pool.
My only teensy complaint would be the number of young folks not quite using the equipment correctly. It would be simply spiffing to have a supervisor to give them a nudge in the right direction. But that's not specific to Vermont Sun, just a general "wish you knew what you were doing" sort of thing. All in all, a jolly good spot!

This gym is simply fantastic, I've recently become a member and it's been a delight. The team is so friendly and the classes are top-notch! I particularly enjoy the gentle yoga sessions - the instructor is absolutely brilliant.
