This gym is absolutely fantastic. The blokes at the front desk are ever so friendly, the gym is spotless, and they've just brought in two new contraptions, the hack squat and hip thrust machines. It's top-notch all around.

I decided to join the gym because of The Ride class... Claudia and David were absolutely fantastic!!! But then out of nowhere they were gone and we weren't even given a heads up. The front desk team is welcoming, especially Ashley! And I must say, the daycare service deserves credit as well.

This gym is superb, mate! It's got all the gear you could ever need, the Staff are proper helpful, they've got top-notch covid protocols to keep everyone safe, and the overall experience is smashing. Chatting with the staff whenever you have questions or need some one-on-one guidance is absolutely brilliant. There's this bloke named Juan on the staff who's my go-to guy; he's a proper legend, knows his stuff inside out, and is a master at helping out and providing tips. Cheers to Juan and the rest of the team for making this gym top-notch!

Zenaida was the Best Customer Service Rep. It's a shame she left for Austin. Amongst all of the Reps at Pharr Crunch, The Staff is top Notch but you can Never Go wrong with Zenaida polite professional and courteous. To the Owner You have an Amazing Staff, Victoria, Baby Vic, Denny, Sam, Ramsey Chris, Tony, Zoe, Tony are all incredible. I have been in Customer Service for Years and they make it an Enjoyable experience. You have an Amazing team. I Moved from the Edinburg Crunch because of Your Staff. I should know I am there every day.

Had a splendid experience at this gym. Extremely clean, and the staff member JT was incredibly helpful in giving me a tour and demonstrating how to use the machines. He even provided me with some easy and effective workout routines to kickstart my fitness journey. Top-notch gym.

Great gym to exercise at, but there are quite a few posers. Occasionally they may overcharge you, like they did to us by billing us five times for one month. Had to cancel our membership after that.

As a former personal trainer, I've sweated it out in various gyms across Dallas and McAllen, and Crunch (Pharr) definitely takes the cake as my top pick. I absolutely adore coming to this gym! The staff and trainers are always incredibly pleasant and supportive. I leave my son in the kids' area while I work out, and he always has a blast. The facilities are consistently clean, with the staff frequently seen tidying up the machines and floors. This is hands down the best gym I've encountered (far superior to Tru Fit or Planet Fitness).

The staff at Crunch are absolutely smashing! Particularly Jesus Castillo, the marketing director. I am gobsmacked by all the jolly activities they offer to get the community and gym members involved. Working out is an absolute blast!

I absolutely adore this gym! Everything about it is simply splendid! The staff, in particular, are exceptional. There was one staff member who particularly caught my eye - Victoria! She was always ready to assist me and address any queries I had. A truly outstanding employee, I must say! Extremely pleasant, courteous, and attentive! I truly appreciate the positive vibe she adds to the gym!

It’s a fantastic gym, and their staff are extremely friendly. One of the associates, Juan M., assisted me as soon as I walked in. He was so helpful and answered all my questions, like where to find the machines.
