I absolutely adore this gym! I began attending around 3 months ago, starting with just one class a week without any prior knowledge of HIIT. Now, I find myself participating in four classes weekly. The instructors are incredibly friendly and always ready to provide suitable modifications for each workout. Their dedication to ensuring your safety and preventing injuries is truly commendable and crucial in my opinion.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by coach Gio and the rest of the members. Despite running a tad late, everyone was kind enough to wait for me.
Throughout the class, Gio was incredibly supportive and attentive. He ensured that we all maintained proper form and provided valuable feedback for improvement. While the movements were still new to me, the other members were gracious in assisting me and encouraging me to keep pushing through. Despite the burning sensation in my legs, I thoroughly enjoyed my time.
The gym itself was truly exceptional. It boasts three distinct sections, each serving a specific purpose and equipped with everything one would desire in a top-notch fitness facility.
Let's not overlook the recovery room, where a massage therapist and stretch therapist are available by appointment.
I must say, I am thoroughly impressed by this establishment; it stands out from any other gym I have visited before.

I've been a regular at Tough Temple Crossfit for about 6 years now, and I must say, it's a top-notch place for a workout. The community vibe is fantastic, the coaches really know their stuff, and the workout routines are both challenging and well-rounded. Recently, they moved to a new spot on Nebel St, and let me tell you, it's stunning. There are two separate gym areas with a central space for hanging out, plus restrooms and three private showers dividing the two sections.

Throughout the whole COVID situation, they've been open and strictly following Montgomery County's guidelines for gyms. This means social distancing, mandatory masks, and smaller class sizes. On top of all that, they also offer HIIT classes and have teamed up with a local yoga studio (which I also attend, and it's awesome).

I recently relocated to the neighborhood and decided to give this gym a go for a little spicy workout! The coach was fabulous, and I had some fantastic chats with fellow gym-goers. The training regimen was top-notch, so my workout partner and I quickly decided to take advantage of the $99 first-month offer. Looking forward to more sessions at this place!

I recently took part in the "Fit and Flow" workout session led by Mike at the gym. I must say, it was an absolute delight! Mike did a fantastic job guiding us through the kettlebell exercises, not only demonstrating each move but also taking the time to explain them clearly throughout the session. The small class size definitely added to the overall experience. Highly recommend giving it a go!

I recently attended a beginner Animal Flow session with Coach John. The class was expertly structured and prepared me, a complete novice, for the upcoming sequence. Throughout the session, Coach John offered continual support and guidance. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and I am looking forward to returning for more.

I absolutely adore Trina's classes. She has a way of making them fun and enjoyable, all while pushing you to your own personal limits. Trina is great at spotting when you can give that little bit extra, and she is excellent at monitoring and coaching your form. I genuinely look forward to attending Trina's classes.

The warm-up was top-notch, and the clean and jerk progressions were spot on. Transitioning from part A to part B of the workout was seamless, allowing us to stay focused without any rush. Gio really nailed it in prepping the class, even though we were all already SORE from previous sessions. He had a well-thought-out strategy for us to advance without fearing our legs might give out at any moment.
