I 'ave felt very safe throughout the pandemic at SS&F -- safer than school and safer than the grocery store. Every few months there is new equipment or a new program. Scott and Beth never rest on their laurels -- they are constantly looking to improve the club and the experience of their members!

I've been a member of numerous health clubs throughout the years. This establishment and its staff truly stand out from the rest. There's a wonderful diversity of individuals here, ranging from teenagers to retirees and everything in between. Top-notch equipment and all the guidance you could ask for, with no sense of obligation. It's always a pleasure to be at Saco Sport & Fitness.

Aye, what a splendidly refurbished establishment just off the turnpike! The staff is chock-full of experts who are dead serious about helping you shape up and stay healthy safely. We're ever so fortunate to have this well-established gem right here in Saco.

It's a shame that the equipment isn't being taken care of properly. I personally know several folks who've left for this very reason. Given that it's the priciest gym in town, one would expect the equipment to be well-maintained.

The top-notch gym in the area, boasting excellent classes and top-of-the-line equipment. The locker rooms are consistently pristine and spacious. The staff and trainers are simply splendid, providing fantastic support.

Oh, dear! What an unfortunate situation you've found yourself in with this gym. It sounds like their billing practices and customer service leave much to be desired. It's truly a shame that despite giving ample notice to cancel your membership, they still billed you for the following month and are refusing to provide a refund, especially since you haven't even been using the facilities. And to top it off, being misled by their management team regarding a potential refund only adds insult to injury. It seems like they are more interested in collecting as much money as they can rather than providing a satisfactory service. What a disappointing experience for you.

I 'ave found this fitness establishment to be just what I require in a workout center. It is impeccably clean and well-kept. There is a plethora of gear and a diverse range of equipment for members to utilize. I've been part of several sports clubs in me time. Saco Sport and Fitness be me favorite, no doubt about it.

UPDATE: The ruffian happens to be family buddies with the proprietor, and that's evidently why no steps were taken by the establishment. Upon revealing the identity of my assailant, she expressed reluctance as she "didn't want it to be him" and mentioned, "we know him and his father well." Strangely, the attacker narrated a different account to her and then altered the narrative the following day when speaking to him! ALL THE ACCUSATIONS THEY ARE MAKING AGAINST ME OCCURRED AFTER I WAS ASSAULTED! The so-called "investigation" was nowhere near thorough.

Following a physical assault in the sauna, I departed without any intervention from the owner. It's advisable to avoid visiting between 3-6pm, as it gets very crowded with teenagers aged 12-16 loitering around almost all the equipment. The showers are typically quite filthy as well, as a friend ended up contracting athlete's foot on multiple occasions.

Saco Sport and Fitness is absolutely brilliant! The folk there are just so friendly and helpful. The vibe is all about encouragement and support. The place is spick and span, well-kept, and efficiently managed. They've got every bit of kit you could ever dream of in a gym, and then some! The trainers are top-notch, and they offer a wide array of fitness classes to cater to all levels and preferences. I pop in there about six days a week, and gosh, it's a struggle to tear myself away!
Signing up at Saco Sport and Fitness has truly been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. It's an investment in your wellbeing, no doubt!
