Oh, jolly good news! It appears that other establishments in Los Angeles have graciously extended their operating hours until 11pm. Might we consider implementing a similar practice in our fine establishment as well? Pretty please?
Justin Long (5/17/25, 2:16 PM):
The cardio equipment is top-notch, and the outdoor pool is simply fantastic. However, the lockers are a tad too small for my liking. The staff, though, are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Henry Robinson (5/16/25, 8:04 PM):
Fantastic gym. Top-notch vibes. The staff is super cool. Spotless and efficient. And let's not forget the incredibly attractive, fit clientele.
Abigail Coleman (5/16/25, 7:03 PM):
When I had my 24-hour membership, this gym was one of my top choices to visit. It was always spotless and just the perfect size, so even when it was busy, it didn't feel like a chaotic space with people everywhere.
Wayne Clark (5/16/25, 4:21 PM):
I do wish the membership was a tad more affordable.
Katherine Gonzalez (5/15/25, 11:56 AM):
This gym used to be top-notch, but it's really fallen short of expectations. It's supposed to be open 24 hours, but lately that's just not the case. They need to get back to their regular hours ASAP. I've inquired multiple times on different occasions about when they'll resume 24-hour operation, and I keep getting the same excuse: "We're short-staffed." Time to step up the hiring process, folks.
Deborah Moore (5/14/25, 11:33 PM):
I don't really interact much with the staff aside from check-in, but they always seem friendly.
One major issue is that the gym doesn't seem to educate its members on basic etiquette. It's important to wipe down equipment after use and not to leave weights scattered around. I've seen people leave heavy weights on machines, making it difficult for others, especially older members, to use the equipment.
In my opinion, the management at this gym should be replaced by someone who understands proper gym etiquette and is willing to enforce rules. Staff should be more proactive in ensuring that members follow these guidelines.
Ava Scott (5/12/25, 6:50 PM):
The staff is fantastic and the equipment is top-notch. The only thing missing is a basketball court, but apart from that, it's convenient and there is always ample parking available.
Patrick Torres (5/11/25, 2:05 PM):
The staff seem more interested in gossiping rather than assisting members. However, the classes are quite good.
Joan Ortiz (5/11/25, 9:58 AM):
Visited for a complimentary trial session only to be informed that it could not be availed as it was not yet 7am. Nobody had mentioned this when I called earlier to inquire. Disappointed by the poor customer service and chose to leave without experiencing the facilities.
Ronald Davis (5/9/25, 12:39 PM):
The workout experience was just alright. They don't provide any towels.
Alan Graham (5/8/25, 11:54 PM):
Always tied up during the workweek after 5. The parking lot is a nightmare since it's shared with Costco, getting worse until Costco shuts down. Top days for crowds: Thursday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Evelyn Cooper (5/8/25, 11:37 PM):
The location of this gym simply does not align with its supposed quality! Situated in the charming Santa Clarita Valley suburbs, this unkempt fitness center consistently leaves me feeling the need to head straight home for a thorough shower. Consequently, I've made the decision to discontinue my visits to this establishment. The majority of weight machines lack the necessary stickers indicating selected weights, rendering their use rather pointless. Furthermore, regrettably, all elliptical machines exhibit a gross lack of cleanliness in the foot areas. While I acknowledge that shoes can bring in dirt, I have yet to encounter such poor hygiene standards at any other 24-hour gym in the vicinity. I truly wish I could terminate my membership; what a waste of financial resources! Given its status as the sole large-scale 24-hour gym in the entirety of the valley, this establishment falls vastly short of expectations.
Susan Howard (5/7/25, 6:56 PM):
The hot tub 'as been out of order for quite a while at this gym. When I asked the manager when it would be fixed, I was told that we're still waiting on parts and I could 'op in me motor for over an hour to another gym if I fancied. If I were you, I wouldn't bother comin' 'ere - the management is rubbish.
Allison Sanders (5/6/25, 2:37 PM):
I strongly recommend steering clear of this place. After checking out the gym's website and seeing they offer a complimentary 7-day guest pass, I decided to give it a go. However, upon arrival and barely exchanging pleasantries with their sales representative, I was informed that because my ID stated North Hollywood instead of Santa Clarita, I was considered non-local and would be charged $40 for the week. To top it off, she casually dropped the question, "Why not just become a member?"
Brittany Lewis (5/5/25, 7:28 AM):
I must say, this gym is rather basic and unkempt. The equipment seems quite outdated and the odor permeates throughout. Not a single fan in sight; it feels like a workout penitentiary. Surprisingly, the most pristine spot is the sauna. I cannot wait for my membership to lapse. This establishment could certainly benefit from a makeover.
Jason Lee (5/4/25, 5:58 PM):
I find the gym to have quite a selection of quality equipment, which I appreciate. However, I must deduct a star due to the cleanliness of the premises, which could use some improvement.
Gary Parker (5/2/25, 4:25 AM):
For the second occasion this week, this gym has failed to open promptly. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring issue with this establishment.
Jennifer Lee (4/27/25, 8:03 AM):
This gym in LA is top-notch, no doubt about it. However, the water fountains here are absolutely vile. They seem to always be spilling over with murky water, and now the flow is so cloudy, you can't even see through it.
When I brought up my concerns to the overnight staff, they accused me of fabricating the story and insinuated that something in my bottle was causing the cloudiness. I only ever fill my bottle with water from this gym.
This water issue must be addressed promptly. I have a strong feeling this violates health regulations.
