This gym is pretty decent, but the parking situation is absolutely dreadful. I ended up having to cancel my membership shortly after joining, as dealing with parking was just too much of a hassle. On the plus side, the gym equipment is top-notch!

I recently signed up at this gym last Saturday. I typically work in ABQ and am a member at NM Sports and Wellness, but wanted something for the weekends. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with this establishment! Zach assisted me with the registration process and was incredibly courteous and accommodating. The gym is expansive, immaculate, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. There is an abundance of cardio equipment available as well. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a quality fitness center.

I was spending some time in my hometown of Santa Fe, New Mexico for a couple of months and was in search of a gym to keep up with my workouts. Luckily, I came across Planet Fitness and let me tell you, it was fantastic! I had been hoping they would open a branch in Bozeman, Montana, my current home. Today, I woke up to the amazing news that they actually have!! What a great way to start the day, I couldn't be more thrilled!

Quite unhelpful! No mobile reception, so you must utilize their wifi to download the app. After figuring it out calmly on my own.. the individual at the front desk was impolite.. and proceeded to mention it was due to me not being a member of his club! I possess a black card!

Oh dear, if only I could rate the gym's excellent equipment with zero stars! I recently had a rather unpleasant encounter with a business associate and a tall, bald General Manager at the gym. To put it lightly, the experience was abysmal. Despite my calm demeanor and simple inquiries, the GM refused to disclose his name, promptly asked us to leave, and even threatened to involve law enforcement. This incident truly epitomized the poorest customer service I have encountered in all my years residing in Santa Fe.
As a seasoned local business owner, I can't help but question the leadership and representation of this establishment by such an unnamed GM. While the facilities are undeniably top-notch, the utter lack of customer service skills displayed by this individual was staggering.

Some of the staff are fantastic, while others can be a bit rude. There seems to be a shortage of equipment for everyone, even with the COVID restrictions in place. Not everyone is adhering to the gym's COVID rules either. I frequently observe individuals removing their masks while exercising and using machines that are supposed to be out of service for social distancing. It was tolerable initially, but the situation just seems to be deteriorating.

I must say, I appreciate the thought put into having the dressing area connected to the shower stall. It definitely makes me feel more secure about my belongings. It would be splendid if all Planet Fitness locations followed suit in designing their shower areas in this manner. Additionally, the separate dressing rooms provided on the other side for changing in a dry space post-shower are quite convenient. The inclusion of massage chairs is also a lovely touch that I thoroughly enjoy.

The staff is really friendly and the gym is always kept clean. Personally, I'm not a fan of the new matrix treadmills that PF is transitioning to. I found that going in the early morning worked better for me... lunchtime turned out to be busier than I had anticipated.
