To make matters worse, despite personally visiting the establishment with my three children, sitting down with the manager, and officially cancelling my membership, they are refusing to cooperate in refunding my money. I had a rather unpleasant experience with the service at this gym. The front desk attendant, Michelle, displayed behavior that was quite unprofessional and disrespectful. She seemed to be constantly preoccupied with her phone, speaking loudly and engaging in negative gossip about both customers and coworkers. This type of conduct is simply unacceptable and does not create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

My favorite spot at the gym up to now! It's big, tidy, and has lots of gear and machines for everyone to use, and they're always in good working condition! The free weights are almost always stacked correctly!

Beware of their advertising tricks. They are not truthful and will overcharge you. The manager is of no assistance whatsoever. I signed up for three months but only received two months of service. They declined to refund my money or provide an additional month. I departed the gym because the pool is consistently unclean and the showers are revolting. I am unsure what they apply to treat the pool, but it dries out the skin.

It's definitely a great value for the price, and on top of that, you can even bring your partner along for free.

If this gym wasn't so conveniently located near my place, I would have terminated my membership a while back. The members at this gym are the rudest, most arrogant bunch I've come across in any fitness establishment I've been a part of. Chatting away on their phones while hogging machines, cursing up a storm, and just generally inconsiderate. Most gyms usually have signs posted everywhere reminding folks to be respectful of others, but not Crunch.
