I recently started going back to this gym, and it has undergone significant updates. The staff is top-notch and very attentive. Chelsea Ako Brew has been incredibly helpful in resolving maintenance issues and providing guidance on training and equipment usage. The gym has also improved its cleanliness, with a pleasant scent as you exit. It's usually peaceful and effortless to navigate and use the equipment. In my view, this is the premier gym in Springfield, MA, thanks to its array of amenities such as the pool, sauna, and basketball courts. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. This is my go-to gym!

I must say, the cleaning situation leaves much to be desired at this establishment. Furthermore, there seems to be a disturbing lack of intervention when it comes to male members harassing female patrons during their workouts. It's quite disheartening that such behavior is tolerated simply because these individuals are paying customers. It appears that the primary focus here is solely on financial gain rather than creating a safe and respectful environment for all gym-goers. My recommendation would be to consider alternative options that prioritize both cleanliness and customer safety.

I absolutely adore this gym, the Esporta is so spacious and I am thrilled that it spans across 3 levels!

I tend to hit the gym before heading to work, aiming to arrive right at 5. However, on this particular day, I found myself waiting outside until 5:15 before eventually giving up and leaving. Who knows, there may still be folks patiently waiting to get inside. Normally, I wouldn't feel compelled to leave a review, but this scenario has repeated itself at least 10 times over the past year. Additionally, the gym consistently appears unkempt, with machines frequently out of order or in dire need of maintenance. The equipment, such as dumbbells and kettlebells, always seems to be misplaced. Despite my long-standing loyalty to this gym, the combination of these factors and the steep pricing have led me to make the decision to part ways.

I always make a point to visit this gym whenever I return home from college, and I must say, the experience is always top-notch. The staff and fellow members are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The gym boasts an abundance of equipment spread across three floors, each offering various amenities. The locker room is impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with plenty of lockers. And let's not forget about the sauna – a personal favorite of mine! Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly endorse this gym.

Outstanding gym. We were greeted by Alex, one of the staff members. He gave us a comprehensive tour of the facilities, which were impeccably clean and we didn't experience any delays. I highly recommend seeking out Alex for an exceptional experience!

Absolutely smashing place to get a sweat on! The chaps who work there are top-notch, the facilities are simply splendid - plenty of room to stretch those limbs, and as tidy as a London Bus. Three floors chock-full of the latest gear for your workouts, plus a cracking pool, hot tub, and sauna for a bit of post-exercise relaxation. I'd give it a 10 out of 10, no doubt the finest gym in all of Springfield, mate. Cheers!

As a loyal member of the gym, I've been hearing rumors that the Esporta branding will be changing back to LA Fitness. I'm hoping that this rebranding will come with some improvements, especially when it comes to upgrading our equipment. It's quite noticeable that our facility is in need of new dumbbells and 45-pound plates as the current ones have damaged plastic coverings. On top of that, the TV on the third floor has been out of order for a while now and really needs to be replaced. Once these issues are taken care of, I'll be more than happy to leave a glowing 5-star review.

I used to frequent this gym back when it was known as LA Fitness, and I must say, it was quite enjoyable. When I returned to the gym earlier this year, I was taken aback by its unkempt appearance. However, after a few months of being back, I have noticed a significant improvement in cleanliness, and the employees seem much more content. The new manager, Chelsea, has truly transformed this gym into a more welcoming and inviting space for workouts.

The facility could benefit from upgrading the showers and some of the equipment. However, I find it quite easy to have a productive workout session overall. The staff members are genuinely friendly and supportive.

I availed a 7-day trial and only visited thrice. Out of those three visits, I was disappointed twice. I was keen on becoming a member because the gym offered a pool and spa. I assumed that since it was a gym pool, it would be used for working out or relaxation. However, on two occasions, there were disruptions caused by some teenagers.

During one visit, five adults including myself were in the pool and spa area - four in the pool and one in the spa. Suddenly, three teenage boys arrived and started jumping, cannonballing, diving, and swimming across the lanes while others were trying to work out. They then moved to the spa where an older gentleman was trying to relax. The boys began roughhousing in the spa, causing the older man to leave. This behavior continued for at least an hour and a half, with them using the facilities like a playground. In my opinion, these boys were too old to behave in such a reckless manner.

Despite the staff being nearby and witnessing the entire situation through the window, none of them intervened to stop the disruption. This lack of action was concerning, especially considering the risk of serious injuries from jumping and diving into shallow water. Furthermore, the bottom of the pool was dirty, as evidenced by the grime buildup that left marks on my feet.

On my third visit, I encountered another issue. There were a female and a male staff member cleaning and chatting, leaving me with nowhere to change. As a result, I had to get changed in the shower, making it difficult to dry off properly and put on clothes while standing in a wet shower stall.

I was genuinely interested in joining this gym due to its affordability, but the lack of supervision from staff and unruly teenagers made it clear that this was not the right fit for me. I have decided to stick with Planet Fitness. If a gym of this size is going to operate smoothly, the staff must be trained more effectively. To me, this indicates a management issue.

I had a splendid time at Esporta Fitness in Springfield today, all thanks to Matt. He was extremely amiable and made an extra effort to assist me. His upbeat demeanor and eagerness to lend a hand truly enhanced my visit. I wholeheartedly endorse this gym and make sure to seek out Matt for any assistance you may need!

This gym used to be top-notch, mate. I popped in the other day to unwind in the sauna on a chilly winter's day, but wouldn't you know it, the darn thing's been out of order for the past five weeks! And to top it off, they were fresh out of sanitizer wipes. Can you believe it? As if that wasn't enough, there were a gaggle of youngsters in there wearing PJs, lounging on the machines and glued to their phones. I patiently waited 10-15 minutes to see if one of them would wrap it up, but no such luck. After mustering up the courage, I asked how much longer he'd be hogging the machine. His response? "Just one set down, two more to go." Thankfully, I have a membership over at Planet Fitness.

Alright mate, let me tell ya, the gym is in need of a major overhaul, no doubt about it! We need some upgrades pronto. But let me tell ya, Daquan is an absolute legend when it comes to keeping this place sparkling clean! Every time I step foot in the gym, you can bet your bottom dollar he's there, making sure everything is spotless.

She goes above and beyond to ensure that all my queries are addressed, assists me in perfecting my form, and consistently exudes a delightful energy. This gym is not the best value for your money. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained, and there are safety hazards in the facility. The staff are inattentive and the bathrooms are in terrible condition. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a quality workout experience.

Chris was an absolute star in getting me sorted with my membership. He gave us a grand tour, detailing the perks of having a personal trainer and how it could really boost our well-being in the long haul. When he mentioned the advantages of the punching bags and basketball court, I was sold - this gym is the one for me. I’d wholeheartedly endorse him to anyone keen on kicking off their fitness journey.
