These chaps are truly smashing! As a seasoned Crossfitter, I must say the workouts are simply top-notch, ranging from Olympic lifting to climbing, and instructed by coaches who are truly passionate and deeply care about their craft. It's always a jolly good time breaking a sweat with a splendid, friendly community! And I feel assured that I am constantly being challenged as an athlete and growing stronger for all the delightful outdoor activities.

The boot camp at Mtn Strong was a splendid chance to grasp the basics of climbing (and CrossFit), build strength, and forge new friendships! Each class was unique and truly enjoyable. The coaches (Matt, Jamie, Christian, and a few others) were incredibly amiable, well-informed, and able to cater to all skill levels. For anyone pondering enrolling, simply go for it!

If ye be seekin' t' improve as a mountain athlete, this be th' place t' go. Knowledgeable coaches who take creative programmin' t' a whole new level. Ye'd be hard pressed t' find anyone who knows how t' make ye stronger and more confident in th' hills. Plus it be a crazy fun group o' people who don't take themselves overly serious. Bein' outside be supposed t' be fun and so be th' trainin' for it. Sure there be plenty o' misery t' go around durin' th' workouts, but that be part o' th' fun.

I've been popping into Mountain Strong since December and I have honestly relished the challenge of the classes and the sense of camaraderie that the gym cultivates. The expertise and professionalism of the team is top-notch, and even though I'm a bit green to the world of lifting, they've been ever so patient and given me some cracking feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in search of a gym that's as keen on fitness, health, and the great outdoors as they are!

Before I started going to Mountain Strong, I was frequenting a typical gym for general fitness and a regular climbing gym for climbing. Both gyms were just okay. However, I noticed that my fitness levels and climbing abilities had reached a plateau.

Then, I discovered Mountain Strong. The programming at this place is fantastic, both in terms of Crossfit and climbing training. I've been attending classes consistently for over a year now, and I have seen continuous improvements in my strength, fitness, and climbing performance. I always feel challenged and haven't hit a plateau yet.

Apart from the physical benefits, the classes at Mountain Strong are enjoyable and feel more like a day out skiing or climbing with friends rather than a workout session. The coaches are exceptional, and the other members are supportive, wanting everyone to succeed both inside and outside the gym. I highly recommend Mountain Strong whether you're a dedicated athlete looking for new challenges, a couch potato aiming to get fit, or anywhere in between.

I was totally new to CrossFit and had a touch of climbing experience. Being fresh to the area, I was a bit hesitant to give this gym a go. Yet, the coaches and the folks at Mountain Strong were incredibly hospitable and friendly. It's the ideal spot whether you're a novice or pro. Step right in and you'll break a sweat while also forging some new friendships.

I 'ave a Groupon for this place with a month left in Denver before movin'. Jolly good idea! All Crossfit gyms are different and what I fancy might not be what you fancy. This gym 'as a laid back "no pressure" feel while also kickin' your bum! The chaps and lasses that I met in my classes (mostly the 11 am class) were top-notch folks who were encouragin' and witty. Will, Anne, and Matt, the owners and coaches are passionate about what they do. All three are accomplished athletes, climbers, and competitors! They listened to what I 'oped to get out of my month and 'elped me achieve it. I never felt pressured and they do a grand job tweakin' workouts for each person's specific needs. Their climbin' centered (Kraft) classes are a corkin' workout as well. Fun to get on the wall and work on things you might not work on otherwise.

I could not recommend this place any more!! I only wish I 'ad discovered it sooner.

The sense of community that Mountain Strong has managed to create is simply marvelous. In a sea of fitness centers, it is often easy to feel overwhelmed, but not here. The coaches and owners really make you feel like a part of their extended family. The members are warm, welcoming, and best of all, incredibly supportive. The atmosphere at the gym makes training feel enjoyable, which, in my opinion, is key. Since relocating to Colorado and settling in here for the past 2 years, almost 90% of my friends come from this gym. Mountain Strong regularly organizes fantastic workshops covering a wide range of topics, from proper breathing techniques to mastering climbing knots to perfecting your rowing form. They frequently bring the community together for fun group workouts followed by a laid-back BBQ. I could go on and on, but this place is truly something special. I am extremely thankful for the connections and lifelong friendships I've developed here. This is all thanks to the dedicated coaches and owners who have committed themselves to building a space where your fitness journey can be both rewarding and enjoyable. Make no mistake, they push you hard, and you'll definitely get a great workout, but in a fun and engaging way.
