Back in my younger days and all the way up to my thirties, I was fully dedicated to hitting the gym and staying in shape. Now, at 56 years old and after some time of not taking care of myself (resulting in a significant weight gain), I am finally making an effort to kickstart my fitness journey once more. The main issue I faced was the fear of getting back into it and the genuine concern of potentially injuring myself.

Over the past few weeks, I've been working with Jeremy at CFTO to brush up on the basics and start moving forward on my fitness path again. I cannot praise Jeremy and CFTO enough...he considered my various health issues and truly assisted me in getting started. His patience and ability to gauge just the right amount of challenge without overdoing it have been invaluable. While I'm not quite ready for CrossFit classes yet, I know that I will be soon! Thank you, Jeremy, for helping me take those first steps. Your skills and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

There be so many things I wanna say, but lemme try to keep it brief. I rocked up to CrossFit TO with a real hunger for changin' ma life. I was battlin' with me physical health, had a few injuries, and on top o' that, me mental health were takin' a knock. Because o' them injuries, I piled on the pounds, then got hit with a spell o' depression that really did a number on me. I stepped into CFTO and had a chat with Jeremy. He sat there, listened while I rambled on, and then basically said, "Give it a go and see how ya feel. No pressure, just loads o' confidence!" I'm chuffed I took a chance, mate. Movin' me body has never made me happier! I'd never lifted a weight afore in me life, and now I can't wait to lift all them heavy bits and bobs. It's real fun, and I never get bored, which is a massive bonus 'cause I'm as ADHD as they come. All me clothes are hangin' off me now, I've not bothered to step on no weighin' scale, and I don't even care to. I'm stronger thanks to bein' part o' this community that Jeremy and the crackin' coaches have built here! Big shoutout to Sharr and Orlando! Cheers for helpin' me become strong as a brick wall!

The workout at this gym is truly top-notch. In just an hour, you get a mix of flexibility, cardio, and weight training that really gets the job done. The staff is absolutely fantastic and they always tailor the workout to your skill level. You'll be challenged, but never pushed beyond your limits. The atmosphere is very supportive and motivating. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I must express my enthusiasm for this remarkable gym. The trainers are top-notch, the workout routines are exceptional, and the fellow members are simply delightful. I became a member around two years ago with little CrossFit experience and some doubts, having grown tired of traditional gyms. However, I decided to give it a go. The coaches were incredibly hands-on, ensuring my form was correct and offering modifications that allowed me to push myself without being too sore to return the next day.

Since then, I have made significant progress in my fitness journey (although there is still much to learn). I have not only gained strength but also improved my flexibility, cardio endurance, and even find myself applying CrossFit techniques in daily activities, such as using a hook grip on my grocery bags.

What particularly resonated with me about CrossFit-style workouts was my enjoyment in mastering new skills (like pull-ups and double unders), the diverse range of exercises involving barbells, bodyweight movements, and cardio, the relief of not having to plan my own workouts, and the motivation to attend regularly to avoid feeling like I was falling behind.

I can't emphasize enough how amazing CFTO is. The community of athletes here, spanning all levels and ages, is just incredible. There's a real sense of camaraderie and support for one another, and every workout is a true test. The coaching is top-notch as well. You may come in to improve your fitness, but it ends up being so much more than that.

I've been a member at this gym for a few years now and I simply can't sing its praises enough! The workouts and trainers here are top-notch. It's a fantastic spot to pick up new workout techniques, and it's not as intimidating as I had feared. The coaches really focus on the little details, and the workouts will have you feeling fantastic. Plus, the variety in the workouts keeps things exciting and fresh. I'm always quick to recommend this gym to my friends!

I first got into Crossfit on the recommendation of my husband, who convinced me to give CFTO a try. I was pretty skeptical at first, thinking I wouldn't enjoy it and would probably end up flaking out on going to the gym. We had seen Greg Glassman on 60 Minutes talking about this fitness craze that promised to help everyone improve their physical abilities and endurance. After a month of persuasion, I finally decided to attend a class. Sharr taught me the ropes and introduced me to the Crossfit jargon. I won't deny that I was nervous, but each time I showed up, the community there was so warm and welcoming. We all support and encourage one another, which creates an incredible atmosphere. The community at CFTO consists of athletes from all different levels and backgrounds, yet everyone is treated equally. Every person I've met at this gym has been extremely friendly and supportive. The coaches are the same way - always ready to assist you in any way possible. A year later, I can confidently say that I'm proud to be part of the CFTO community. I feel stronger, more flexible, no longer fatigued, and genuinely excited to attend every class. The workouts may be tough, but the results are truly worth it! I highly recommend checking out this place if you're looking to build strength, stay motivated, and make new friends. Coach Jeremy, along with all the other coaches, are simply fantastic. The coaches down at CFTO are truly top-notch, mate! They've got a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for what they do. The workouts are tough, but they can be tailored to suit any fitness level.

The community at the gym is just brilliant - everyone's so supportive and always cheering each other on, which really adds to the whole experience. I reckon the variety in the workouts is spot on, and they're always pushing me to better myself and smash through my limits.

All in all, I'd wholeheartedly recommend CFTO to anyone keen on taking their fitness game up a notch. It's a cracking spot with ace coaches and a community that's always got your back, helping you smash your goals.
