Forma is a splendid gym, I must say. It boasts a plethora of amenities that tickle my fancy: a wide array of group classes including dance, yoga, Chi Gong, TRX, Barre Strength, and more, a delightful heated pool, a reasonable price point, a location that is conveniently situated with parking right at the doorstep, a welcoming staff and friendly fellow members, creating a tight-knit community vibe. The facility is always spotless and cozy, complete with complimentary lockers, towels, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and more. I've been a member for quite a few years now and have every intention of continuing my membership for years to come.

My partner and I have been frequenting Forma Gym for the past 2.5 years, and our experience has been absolutely delightful. Prior to relocating to Walnut Creek, we had been exercising at commercial gyms like Crunch and 24, and Forma is truly a breath of fresh air. There is ample equipment, everything is impeccably clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and even during peak hours, it never feels too crowded to have an effective workout. Everyone respects each other's space (dumbbells are consistently re-racked!) and I believe that makes a significant difference. We love Forma!

I love the vibe when I step into Forma. The sauna and facilities in the ladies' changing area are top-notch. The gym gear on both floors is kept in great condition and works perfectly.

A splendid and all-encompassing establishment teeming with lovely individuals. The personnel appear to relish their work and exhibit a sense of pride in maintaining the equipment in excellent condition. A fine array of weights is available, along with a fantastic outdoor workout area.

What an amazing gym, with a real sense of camaraderie and a wide range of classes and equipment to cater to all kinds of members. The one issue I have is the sight of people using their cell phones in the locker room and steam/sauna/shower/hot tub area. I'm not sure what Forma can do about it other than putting up signs, which they already have done. It's absolutely baffling to see women walking around naked while others are lounging in the hot tub or sauna with a phone in hand. I suppose rules only apply to certain individuals.

This gym is the worst I've ever been to!! If I could give it zero stars, I certainly would. There's absolutely no customer service to speak of!!!

Most of the gym is spotless and in great condition. The classes are fantastic. However, I do have some concerns regarding the women's locker room. The shower tiles could use an upgrade, the vanities would benefit from better lighting, and the lockers should match each other. Additionally, occasionally I find hair on the clean towels, which is not ideal.

What a brilliant spot! The staff are top-notch, the facilities are superb, and the cleaning crew is always on the go. It's been a game-changer to be able to work out without my kids vying for my attention after going through postpartum. I've read some mixed feedback about the childcare, but I can say that the ladies who look after my little ones in the mornings on weekdays are simply amazing. They take excellent care of my 1 and 3-year-olds. I also treated myself to a facial from the resident estheticians, and it was the best one I've ever experienced. Plus, the fact that I can use the daycare service while I enjoy my facial is mind-blowing! The sense of community here is fantastic.

I 'ave been goin' 'ere to work out since January when I 'eard they 'ad moved most of the equipment outside. It's been a great to be able to work out in a professional gym during the pandemic and I 'ave felt safe doin' so at all time. People wear masks when required and there is plenty of space, I never feel crowded.

I 'ighly recommend this gym as the staff and management 'ave gone the distance to make their services available to everyone durin' such a challengin' time. Thank you.

I've been a member for about 5 years. The crowd it attracts spans a wide age range. Quite a few older folks, probably due to the area's demographics. The facilities are well-equipped and well-maintained. The staff is excellent as well. They have an outdoor pool that is open year-round, along with outdoor exercise areas, in addition to two floors of indoor equipment. I've never had trouble getting on equipment, there's plenty even at 5 pm.

I would like to share that I've just begun my first week as a member and I've had some fantastic experiences so far. It all started with the warm welcome from Martha and Bruno, and then there was the wonderful attitude and professionalism of Jem from the Cycle class, and Desi from the Zumba class. I am delighted that I made use of the free enrollment fee offer as part of my community perks from my apartment complex, which is conveniently located across the street from Forma in Walnut Creek.

I 'ad only taken a tour of the gym and 'ad previously done the Rise program which was absolutely brilliant. I'm considering joinin'. Just waiting to 'ear back about the skills of their trainers when workin' with folks recoverin' from paralysis.

The customer service is top-notch here. The gym equipment is constantly in pristine condition and fully prepared for use. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms are consistently spotless and available. The shower and locker areas are always clean as well. The dedicated cleaning staff does an exceptional job of maintaining the overall cleanliness of the gym. The saltwater swimming pool is a major bonus. Various classes are offered throughout the week, which my wife thoroughly enjoys, and there's even a supervised area for children if needed. The positive atmosphere and friendly staff truly make this gym a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it!

Format has a fantastic spa! I had an incredible microdermabrasion session with Janet. It was my first time experiencing such a service, and she made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend it!
