Top-notch spot with complimentary parking in Union Market.

Just this arvo, I attended a smashing class led by Sharné. Her expertise in the workout routines, dynamic energy, and magnetic charisma were absolutely contagious and inspired the entire class. Despite this studio not being in my neck of the woods, I will certainly be making the journey over to train with her again.
Mark Gonzalez (6/12/25, 4:22 AM):
I've been a member at this gym since it first opened. The staff and coaches are always so friendly. I really love attending the classes here.
Michael Powell (6/11/25, 11:21 AM):
Fantastic staff and coaches who genuinely desire for you to thrive! They're doing a brilliant job at cleaning and sanitizing to ensure everyone's safety.
Roger Williams (6/10/25, 8:48 PM):
I absolutely adore Orangetheory! It's a fantastic workout every single time - typically a third on the treadmill, a third with free weights, and a third on the rowing machine. The heart rate monitor that displays your "zone" color on screens at your station is incredibly motivating. The staff at the front desk are very responsive - if you ever need to reach out because you accidentally booked the wrong class, they are quick to assist and do so with a smile. I love that this location is conveniently situated next to a Trader Joe's, so you can easily run errands post-workout. A big shout out to coaches Bree and Jeff!
Sophia Morales (6/10/25, 1:29 PM):
We absolutely adore OTF and are particularly smitten with the towel service at the Union Market spot. The coaches are all fabulous, but we've got a soft spot for Abi!
Christopher Cook (6/9/25, 9:14 AM):
Absolutely spotless. Brilliantly laid out.

One of the finest setups I've come across in my travels to over 40 studios. I'm really digging the way they've divided the space with the treadmills and the open floor, sort of forming a T shape. It still maintains that sense of community like all studios but doesn't feel cramped or boxed in. The restrooms and showers are conveniently placed on either side of the entrance hall. They even provide towel service! The front entrance is quite inviting too. This studio is definitely on the larger side and has a slightly more upscale vibe.

Big shout-out to Chloe, who leads the 6:00 AM class. She's a fantastic coach - always motivating and clearly loves what she does. And the music selection is top-notch.

The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because they haven't updated their equipment yet, but I imagine that's probably due to logistical challenges and the long waiting list many studios are facing.

I highly recommend this spot if you're in the Union Station area. NOMA seems like it's on the rise and might just be the next trendy spot, with all the development happening while still retaining some of its historical charm.
Jordan Gutierrez (6/7/25, 10:57 PM):
The staff is so friendly, the workout is amazing, and this studio is one of the more spacious and well-lit places too.
Eugene Hamilton (5/31/25, 8:56 PM):
Absolutely adore this studio, always had a fantastic time! Top-notch coaches, incredible energy, brilliant way to keep fit.
Angela Thomas (5/25/25, 2:16 AM):
Fantastic workout and the Instructors are lovely! Immaculate lavatory and the staff are brilliant!
Jennifer Allen (5/22/25, 5:41 AM):
I've been attending Orangetheory for a couple of months now and I'm absolutely loving it! The team there is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Being a complete newbie to the fitness scene, my instructor (who's usually the same at each session) consistently makes the effort to ensure I'm on track, correcting my form and addressing any queries I might have. Despite the cost, I tend to get a bit overwhelmed and put off by traditional gyms, so this is a worthwhile investment for me.
Arthur Murphy (5/11/25, 2:29 AM):
I've been frequenting this OTF spot for nigh on a year now. The staff here are ever so friendly - from the trainers to the folks manning the front desk - and they go out of their way to make you feel right at home.

No matter what your fitness aspirations may be, OTF has proven to be a splendid means of maintaining overall fitness. I've shed some pounds, built some muscle, and upped my cardio game. The trainers are always willing to offer guidance or encouragement, whether it's perfecting your technique or assisting you with any discomfort.

OTF is an investment in your well-being, so I'm more than content to pay for my membership. With a tight schedule, I don't have much free time, and it's been a reliable way for me to stay healthy during those hectic school periods.
Matthew Coleman (4/23/25, 12:38 AM):
I ‘ave been an OTF member for nearly two years now. I ‘ave visited a couple o’ studios in DC, but this particular location be me favorite. Cheers!
Grace Ramirez (4/22/25, 10:36 PM):
I've only attended one class so far, so I can't really give a proper rating just yet. The gym was well-kept, the instructor was super friendly and accommodating, and they made sure to clean up after each session.
Andrea Cox (4/22/25, 2:09 AM):
The folks at the front desk are a bit too aggressive when it comes to peddling memberships. They also require you to purchase one of their heart rate monitors (around $100).

Maintaining a gym membership in the city can be quite pricey and is truly an investment at these rates. I felt like I was being coerced into shelling out loads of cash before I could even fully digest the concept of the "complimentary" trial session.

After departing sans membership, I was bombarded with calls every other day for weeks, prodding me to join up or take another class (at a discounted price).

There are alternative fitness studios in the vicinity that I would suggest exploring instead. Many of them don't face as much pressure from the head honchos to keep pushing sales.
Maria Edwards (4/17/25, 12:41 PM):
I 'ad the pleasure of visitin' OTF Union Market this week! The front desk staff was welcomin' and very efficient! They 'ad the form I needed to sign right at the front. I was able to quickly sign and was ready to start class. Coach Bree lead a great class! She was positive, enthusiastic, & even did the last core blast with us! At the end the front desk 'ad the birthday sign for my mate that we were able to take a picture with. Thank you Union Market for the great experience & warm welcome!! 🧡
