During my time at West Springfield Burn 30, I have been amazed by the incredible results I have achieved. The training sessions and meal plan have been instrumental in my success. By diligently following the meal plan and attending three classes a week, I was able to lose an impressive 35lbs and 21 inches in just 12 weeks! The trainers are top-notch, providing excellent guidance and support during every workout. I used to struggle with hunger on previous diets, but on this program, I feel satisfied, stronger, and more energetic than ever before. Thanks to the Burn 30 team, I can now keep up with my son during runs. I popped into Burn 30 for a complimentary trial because a pal of mine has been a member and really urged me to "give it a whirl". Fast forward 2 months... I'm still hitting the gym, now clocking in 5 times a week! I adore the fact that you only need 30 minutes for a complete body workout. It's no walk in the park, with new exercises every day - we haven't repeated one yet! If you reckon you can't squeeze in a solid workout in half an hour - think again, you absolutely can and you will break a sweat! Tim is incredibly inspiring, just when I'm about to throw in the towel on a set, I hear his words "talking" directly to me (even though he's addressing the whole group) - giving me that extra push to keep going. He welcomes us at the entrance and bids us farewell as we leave. This gym is truly one-of-a-kind, spotless and enjoyable! The intimate class sizes make it feel like you have your own personal coach! I only regret not starting sooner, but now I'm completely hooked! Excited to see where this journey towards a healthier me will lead! Massive thanks to Burn 30!
