Ah, splendid! How wonderful to see such a succinct and positive comment. Your engagement is truly appreciated here at the Gymnastics center blog. Cheers!
Roger Sanchez (4/28/25, 12:46 PM):
Their Halloween program was absolutely fantastic. My six-year-old had a blast playing, running around, eating, and having a great time. The snack bar is very reasonably priced and has a great selection. The staff really outdid themselves.
Martha Torres (4/23/25, 10:49 PM):
We 'ad a splendid gymnastics meet at Unique. The facilities are top-notch and the meet was very well-organized, I must say.
Theresa Peterson (4/22/25, 12:09 PM):
My daughtas enjoy the center, but the car park is a mess, covered in leaves. When you step inside the building, it gives off a dirty vibe and makes me feel uneasy.
Denise Jackson (4/22/25, 9:27 AM):
Thank you, all of you lovely people who took the time to leave your reviews. Reading them has truly been awesome! I am now completely convinced and have decided to enroll my daughter at this gymnastics center.

She is passionate about gymnastics, and I sincerely hope that all these glowing reviews live up to their promise.

Ms. Logan, soon to be a new member!
Victoria Sullivan (4/20/25, 8:05 PM):
I recently attended a meet on 1/22 and they had people packed like sardines. Some were wearing masks, but many were not. There was definitely no social distancing being practiced during COVID. It felt like I was at the scene of the next super spreader event. To add to the chaos, the bathrooms were out of service. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Gabriel Cruz (4/19/25, 12:19 AM):
My lad went to that place for the summer camp and when I popped by to collect him, the air conditioning was on the blink. What really got my goat was that they didn't give me the heads up so I could fetch him sooner rather than leaving him there, and for the rest of the week, we were assured that the AC would be sorted out but it never happened.
Jeremy Ortiz (4/12/25, 3:33 AM):
The facility is in desperate need of some updates. It appears that a few coaches lack any real gymnastics experience. Stacy, the person at the front desk, could benefit from some training on how to better interact with people as she comes across as quite rude. One might speculate that the aim is to drive customers away with such unpleasant behavior.
Cynthia Gomez (4/8/25, 9:28 AM):
I am a gymnast at this gym, and have been coming here since the mommy and me classes. I personally love it here and the coaches are great (besides a slip up where coach Courtney tried to sabotage my team but she quickly got fired because of it). I am now in level 8 and am 10 years old, this gym has made me so many friends including the coaches. The coaches make such a close bond with the gymnasts, and I am still friends with my level 2 coach she was even invited to my first communion. Practice is long and tiring, but I know that it makes me stronger. I love it here and wouldn’t go to any other gym. Me and my teammates have gone to so many cool places like Florida, Manhattan, and the Bahamas to name a few. I would rate this place 10 out of 10, highly recommend it.
Ann Jordan (4/5/25, 9:31 PM):
If they answered the blower perhaps I could scribble a superior critique.
Samantha Scott (4/3/25, 6:17 PM):
This gym is absolutely brilliant!
Gerald Reyes (4/1/25, 8:32 AM):
Absolutely adore the team at this establishment. It's honestly my top aspect of this venue. The individuals manning the front desk are simply splendid. The open gym sessions on Saturdays are a fantastic plus. My little ones absolutely adore the instructors. We've hosted birthday celebrations here, where the kids have full access to the entire facility.
Alice Coleman (3/31/25, 8:44 AM):
My friends' daughters Ella and Zora absolutely adore it, so I decided to bring my daughter there and enroll her as well.
Jerry Stewart (3/30/25, 1:08 AM):
My lasses absolutely adore visiting Unique! The chaps on staff are ever so friendly, knowledgeable, and do a smashing job at working with my lasses' strengths to help them shine bright! I must say, each week it seems they're picking up something novel! Highly recommended indeed 👏🏻 ...
Barbara Cox (3/29/25, 4:50 AM):

Matthew Thompson (3/28/25, 11:27 PM):
This gym be quite lovely, innit?
Alice Hayes (3/27/25, 8:56 AM):
My experience with coach Travis was dreadful. My lad didn't need much assistance as he's quite skilled naturally. However, he wanted to refine his technique. I scheduled his first appointment for a private session and it went well. Although, I was surprised when he requested payment before confirming the appointment. No worries! I made the payment through Apple Pay. I booked his second appointment for Monday, April 22 at 3 pm. I paid him on April 22, 2024 ($70) at 10:50 am via Apple Pay. I also texted him confirming the appointment. He later messaged me asking if we could reschedule to Thursday due to a transportation issue. Wednesday worked better for both of us, so he rescheduled for that day at 3 pm. However, he texted me at 2:54 pm on the same day to apologize for canceling as he had injured his hand badly and needed stitches. As a mother with grown children and two minors, I completely understood and wished him a speedy recovery. The following week, from April 29, 2024, to May 3, 2024, I refrained from contacting him to ensure he focused on his recovery. By this point, I had already paid him but was patiently waiting to get back on his schedule.

On Monday, May 6th, I messaged him at 10:09 am checking on his recovery and inquiring about resuming the private sessions. I received no response. So, around 5:45 pm, I contacted the center and spoke to Penny, who was very helpful. She assured me that he would call me back and even offered a refund, which I declined as I just wanted to resume the sessions. He eventually replied at 6:03 pm, stating his hand was better and asking how soon I could come in. We agreed on Tuesday, May 7th, or Wednesday, May 8th, at 3:30 pm. He suggested brief 30-minute sessions on each day, which seemed inefficient to me, so I proposed a longer session from 3 pm to 4 pm and offered to pick my son up from school earlier. Travis then requested a payment to secure the slot via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. This frustrated me as I had already paid for the canceled sessions due to his ride issue and injury. I reminded him by sending a screenshot of the previous payment. He acknowledged this and confirmed the appointment for the next day.

On May 7th (Tuesday), we arrived at the agreed time only to find the doors locked. After some waiting, I called Travis to inquire about the situation. He seemed irritated and unprofessional in his response. He mentioned forgetting to mark us in his schedule and expecting another instructor to be present. Frustrated by the lack of professionalism and organization, I asked for a refund. Travis said he would reimburse once he stopped driving, which raised concerns about the timeline for receiving the refund. Shockingly, he hung up on me during the conversation. When I called back, he didn't answer. As I was about to leave, he arrived, and I requested my money again, which escalated further tension. His girlfriend, who was in the car, interfered aggressively, questioning my request for a refund. Despite dealing with Travis throughout, she intervened, adding more discomfort to the situation.
