Oi mate! Our little ones, aged 6 and 3, are proper chuffed with their martial arts classes. They're picking up loads about respect, listening, and how to use their bodies.
We're over the moon with the team too - they're top-notch and brilliant with the kids!
Victoria Roberts (4/29/25, 6:25 PM):
If I could give this place 500 stars, I would! My lads have absolutely flourished here! Katie is splendid, as is the whole crew. My little ones are sturdy and have ditched a few activities over the years, but karate has been a fantastic addition to their lives. Keep up the brilliant work. Our boys genuinely adore it here!
Megan Butler (4/28/25, 8:49 PM):
Our lass has recently joined the martial arts school and she absolutely adores her coaches and the classes. It took about a month for her to get into the kids' class, but let me tell you, it was worth the wait and quite affordable, in my opinion. I can't speak highly enough of this school - top-notch!
Zoey Jones (4/26/25, 2:08 PM):
We 'ave 'ad a top-notch experience at Borges Martial Arts ova' the last 4+ years. Katie and Megan are blimey at keepin' the kids engaged in lessons that improve not only their karate skills but also teach 'em about respect, integrity, and leadership. If you are lookin' for a great martial arts class, I definitely recommend this one!
Scott Brooks (4/25/25, 9:49 AM):
Our wee ones signed up for the Core Skillz and Extreme Skillz classes at this superb martial arts school back in January, never having dabbled in the martial arts afore. They've been having a jolly good time and are deeply involved in the program. The instructors at this dojo are ever so friendly and encouraging, setting a most positive atmosphere to aid the kids in honing their skills, bulking up their strength, and developing leadership qualities. The elder students play the role of mentors to the newbies, cheering them on and offering support in each class. I'm truly thankful to have stumbled upon this opportunity for my little cherubs.
Susan Bailey (4/25/25, 5:44 AM):
Our 5th grade Girl Scout troop 'ave just finished a jolly good 1-hour self defense class with the splendid Coach Katie. They thoroughly enjoyed it and picked up a fair bit on keepin' themselves safe. The studio handled the registration process like clockwork - everything went off without a hitch!
Carl Morgan (4/19/25, 11:23 PM):
Our family really adores Borges Martial Arts! If you're seeking to introduce your little one to the world of martial arts, this is truly the finest place to commence. They provide a Mini Skills session tailored for youngsters aged between 18-36 months. Not only was my youngest fully engaged during the entire session, but she also practiced these skills outside of class, enhancing her confidence and physical prowess. The Early Skills program is available twice weekly, and our eldest absolutely loves attending each session. All the instructors are incredibly patient and supportive throughout the class. They put in an exceptional effort to ensure everyone feels included and focus on developing skills beneficial for everyday use. I wholeheartedly endorse Borges Martial Arts for every family!
Jose Nelson (4/16/25, 3:21 PM):
Our lass has been training at BMA for over a year now, and we're absolutely chuffed with it. I was proper impressed by the tailored assessment before we got started, and that personal touch carries on in the group classes. Each kid is pushed to give it their all, with the focus being on supporting each other rather than competing. Our daughter feels proper motivated and knows she's got the backing of Katie, Alex, and all the instructors there. I can't rave enough about this dojo and their programmes!
Jose Johnson (4/14/25, 11:28 AM):
Jolly good place, I must say! The instructors are ever so kind and positive, and they do a smashing job of keeping the little ones fully engaged. We're simply chuffed that we decided to join.
Roy Ford (4/14/25, 10:00 AM):
Sensei Katie and the team at BMA Acton are absolutely top-notch! Karate classes here have become our kids' preferred extracurricular activity, imparting not just martial arts skills but also discipline, focus, patience, confidence, and fitness techniques like proper crunches and squats form. They adore every session and recently had an incredible birthday party organized by Sensei Katie, which my child described as the best she's ever had! We're truly fortunate to be part of this martial arts school.
Scott Graham (4/13/25, 9:52 PM):

Nathan Hernandez (4/11/25, 9:22 AM):
Absolutely brilliant! I couldn't ask for a finer establishment to bring my lad!
Rachel Roberts (4/10/25, 11:41 PM):
Ever since my lad started karate, he's made tremendous progress in his self-assurance, and Sensei Katie and BMA have had a significant impact on that journey. As for my other son, you could drop him off anywhere and he'd be fine after a few minutes. However, having the opportunity to pursue something independently instead of just tagging along with his elder brother has also contributed to his personal growth. I can confidently say that they both adore their karate sessions and are eagerly anticipating each one!
Jessica Morales (4/10/25, 1:29 PM):
We 'ave 'ad a jolly good time at Borges Martial Arts. My little ones 'ave a blast and the atmosphere is very encouraging. Not only are they 'aving fun, but they're also learning valuable life skills. I would wholeheartedly recommend this for any family. 'Sides that, the parents night out events are top favorites and me little ones can't wait for 'em. Cheers!
