This place has become my 2nd home! I've always had a love for fitness, but AFBBC takes my passion and commitment to a whole new level. The coaches Andrew and Meghan, and owner Sergey, are dedicated to making the experience fun and genuinely want their clients to feel their best. Ten months after joining, I feel stronger, healthier, and have experienced a serious boost of confidence. Since reopening after the pandemic shutdown, they have revamped the typical "stations" and now the studio is divided into sectioned-off areas where you remain for the entire 30 minutes with all of your equipment. Five stars for a clean studio, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

I 'ave beenh workin' out 'ere fer a few months now, and it's one of the only workouts I stuck wif! I really enjoy the instructors and coachin'. The classes are at yer own level, and it's a supportive environment. I've made progress on me fitness goals, which started as a mum who stopped workin' out years ago, and now I feel mighty strong again!

I am so thankful I decided to give this gym a go. The workouts always keep me on my toes, and I am consistently impressed by what I have managed to achieve. My strength and fitness levels have seen a remarkable improvement since I started attending FBBC Acton, especially with the introduction of nutrition guidance and strength training. The coaches are well-informed and encouraging, and the fellow members have truly become like family to me. I've completed nearly 300 workouts, and there's no turning back now!

I am absolutely chuffed that I signed up for Acton Fit Body Boot Camp! The staff is top-notch, the workouts are spot on! Just 30 minutes of constantly changing and challenging exercises. I can't recommend AFBBC highly enough!! It doesn't matter where you're at in your fitness journey, this is the place for you!

I can't praise Acton Fit Body Boot Camp (AFBBC) enough. Sergey and his team of trainers, especially Coach Megan, offer challenging 30-minute HIIT classes that keep us on our toes. Since joining in April 2022, I've never repeated the same workout. Each day brings a fresh, exhilarating challenge that keeps me excited. I highly recommend giving AFBBC a try!

This fitness program is truly remarkable! The five trainers are incredibly motivating and well-trained, bringing out the best in all participants. The club has a very welcoming atmosphere, which was especially beneficial for me since I hadn't set foot in a gym in over a decade. The regular sessions are just 30 minutes long, so you're in and out in no time, combining strength training with aerobic exercises. Additionally, the club provides strength training and nutrition programs, which I highly recommend as an extra. I've been a member for four months now, and it has truly transformed my life. I can't speak highly enough of this fitness center and its program.

I absolutely adore this fitness program! The best part is that the workout varies daily, keeping things exciting. Sergey, the owner, takes the time to remember each member's name, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The community of members is incredibly supportive and kind, making it easy to stay motivated. Additionally, Sergey provides a variety of Zoom classes for those who can't make it in or prefer to exercise from home, ensuring everyone can still get a fantastic workout. And when you break down the weekly fee over multiple classes, it's the most cost-effective option available!

It's an absolute delight being part of AFBBC. Sergey and Andrew are top-notch athletes who provide exceptional guidance and coaching in their classes. As a former team athlete who is now older, it's incredibly refreshing to participate in a boot camp where you're not only encouraged to push yourself harder, but the routines change weekly with the same level of skill and intensity in coaching. I feel fortunate and appreciative to have discovered this incredible gym during a pandemic and I wholeheartedly recommend it. ♥️🙌

I've been with Fit Body Bootcamp for nearly two and a half years now, and I attend six days a week because it's absolutely fantastic. If I'm in town, I never miss a day. The coaches are top-notch, the gym is spotless, and the workouts are enjoyable. My favorite aspect of this gym is that the workout changes every day, so I'm constantly pushed and never grow tired of the routine. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

I've been a member at Acton Fit Body Boot Camp for a year and a half. The owner and trainers really prioritize safety and progress, including nutrition. As I'm getting older, I'd rather not have to work out, but it's crucial to stay fit and healthy, especially as we age. I appreciate that the HIIT classes are 30 minutes and the strength fitness classes are 45 minutes - enough time to see results but not so long that it's exhausting. I'd rate them 5 out of 5 stars.

A fit body has truly transformed my life. I initially joined feeling overweight and lacking fitness. Gradually, I built muscle, improved my strength and endurance, and shed excess weight. Surprisingly, I found myself capable of lifting heavier weights than I had ever imagined, and even conquering challenging exercises like box jumps. The workouts are as challenging as you choose to make them, but they are always varied and engaging. I absolutely adore attending classes, and feel genuinely disappointed when I have to miss one. The community is incredibly welcoming and encouraging, with exceptional trainers. While the cost may be a bit steep, the benefits far outweigh it!

I ventured into this gym for a 6-week challenge (3 days a week) in March 2021 and couldn't resist continuing once it concluded. It's the finest gym and gym community I've ever been involved with. Presently, I attend 4-5 days a week as it also aids me mentally. Despite being a mother of two little ones and working full-time, the classes are remarkably efficient. By investing effort, it yields results! The team is truly exceptional, each workout is unique, and it always concludes before you realize it!

Acton FBBC is a brilliant spot! I've never been a fan of working out....until now! Ever since I joined in October, I feel stronger, more fit, and on the road to hitting my target weight. Coach Andrew is superb, and Sergey (the owner) genuinely looks after his clients, also known as the "Fit Family." I'm delighted to be one of the first members!
