We were off on a weekend camping and fishing escapade. I picked up a batch of nightcrawler worms to bring along, chilled in a Styrofoam container, with supposedly a dozen in each one. However, when we were all set to start fishing and cracked open the first cup, there were only 6 worms inside. To my dismay, the same was true for the other two containers - only 6 worms in each. Feeling rather swindled by the whole ordeal, I promptly lodged a complaint with the store.

Twice in one week, I say! I strolled into the store to purchase a spanking new rifle, and what do you know? The bloke behind the counter up and leaves me hanging to chit-chat with his mates. Utterly gobsmacked, I was. Well, I've had it up to here with their shenanigans. I promptly made my rifle purchase at Coastal and I'll be darned if I ever set foot in their shop again for another firearm.

Their lack of concern and unwillingness to provide any information was disheartening. Following this experience, I have decided not to place any future orders with them.

Brilliant shop for all your outdoor needs, especially hunting, fishing, and camping gear. This particular store may be their smallest one, but they claim it's jam-packed with about 70% of the products you'd find in a standard Sportsmen's Warehouse, all in half the space!

I recently acquired a Ruger Security 9 and arranged for the installation of hi-viz sights through the gunsmith at Sportsman Warehouse. Originally scheduled for completion on May 20th, it is now June 18th and I am yet to receive my firearm back from the gunsmith. The staff in the store seemed clueless about the status of my gun and were unhelpful and rude when I inquired about it. It appears they were even annoyed by my presence and inquiries. This experience has left me disappointed, and I have decided not to make any future firearm purchases from Sportsman Warehouse.
