I've been training with Zech Lucero at Active Lab for a few months now and I've really noticed a difference in my workouts. Zech has been instrumental in correcting my form, setting up a personalized diet plan, and even improving my range of motion after old soccer injuries. Active Lab has a welcoming atmosphere and I highly recommend both the gym and Zech Lucero if you're looking to maximize your workout results.

If thou art pondering the notion of enlisting the services of a personal trainer at this establishment - verily, I doth beseech thee to do so! And do request the aid of Matt White!

My lord and I hath been engaging in exercises under the tutelage of Matt for approximately 9 moons. I found myself feeling rather sluggish and lacking in the vigor I once possessed ere the era of COVID, and sought to refine my form and musculature. My aim was to strengthen mine legs, glutes, and the like, in order to fortify mine knees, which dost occasionally trouble me. Matt doth take great care to ensure that our workouts doth not exacerbate mine knee discomfort.

In the course of these past 9 months, I hath gained strength and muscle whilst decreasing mine body fat percentage. I hath even had to part ways with certain garments, for they were too snug about mine glutes. In other words, I am witnessing the fruits of mine labor and I feel most excellent!

Furthermore, Matt doth exhibit great thoughtfulness in promoting mobility alongside strength and cardiovascular training. I can now delve much deeper into pigeon pose (for those well-versed in the art of yoga).

In summation, I do relish the time spent exercising with Matt, for he doth welcome feedback, is a pleasant conversationalist, and doth not shy away from pushing one to the limit to help achieve their objectives. :)

I 'ave been trainin' wi' Stephanie Rawson fer the last 3 months. She is one of the best trainers I 'ave worked wi'. She is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. She is available to 'elp, not only wi' trainin' but also wi' nutrition. The gym is always very clean and 'as anythin' you need to workout. If you are lookin' for a great personal trainer, Stephanie and Active Lab is the place to be.

I 'ave 'ad the pleasure of trainin' with Stephanie Rawson once, and I must say, it was a jolly good time! Oi'm a teen lad, and 'er workouts really put me through me paces. Me mum 'as been training with Stephanie for 10 months now, and she's seen a remarkable transformation, both in 'er nutrition and 'er physical fitness. She pops into the gym every Wednesday, and they 'ave outdoor sessions on Saturdays. Stephanie Rawson and Active Lab 'ave truly made a difference in me mum's journey to get fit and 'ealthy. I 'ave been trainin' at Active Lab since April 2018. It's a splendid gym with bloomin' amazin' folks. I train wi' Ashley Olson every week at Glutecamp. I absolutely adore the encouragement and support I get from 'er, as well as the other ladies I train wi'. It's not your run-of-the-mill gym atmosphere there. All of the trainers are supportive and well-versed in overall health. I would strongly recommend you 'ave a go at it.

This gym is absolutely fabulous! From my personal experience, this gym deserves a solid 5-star rating. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are all super friendly. My personal trainer, Tine, is absolutely top-notch! I adore her! I've been training with her for over two years now, and she has truly helped me boost my self-confidence and skills. She's always punctual and keeps me informed of any changes. She's also very accommodating with my schedule and is even willing to work with me if I'm running late!

I have been training with Stephanie for a number of years and have followed her from 2 other gyms. Active Lab is the cleanest and best gym I have had the pleasure of working out in. The staff are all incredibly friendly and really make you feel at home. A fantastic place to get your workout in!

This establishment is top-notch, and their personal trainers are even better. Dustin is a fantastic trainer and an all-around amazing bloke. He manages to make the sessions enjoyable while effectively guiding us towards our fitness goals. I am truly grateful for Dustin's expertise. When we first met, I struggled to perform a lunge properly, but now I am regularly surpassing my personal bests and setting even more challenging targets. It's all thanks to his superb coaching. I 'ave just recently started trainin' at Active Lab an' I really fancy the facility. It's clean an' modern. The layout ensures that a person 'as their own space at each piece of equipment. I can also already tell that my trainer, Steph, is top-notch at 'er job. She specifically tailors me workouts to focus on workin' the muscles I want to strengthen. She did several tests to find out where I am physically an' uses that information to make sure the workouts are challengin' but not impossible. Steph is encouragin' an' very knowledgeable about exercise an' nutrition.

I have been training with Steph since September 2015. Initially, I struggled to complete my workouts without taking extended breaks between sets. However, thanks to her guidance, I now aim to only rest for 2 minutes between each set and can usually power through. I have also shed 5 lbs of fat and built some lean muscle mass. With Steph's help, I am confident I will reach my target weight of 220 lbs.

The gym itself is fantastic too. It's clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for effective workouts.
