Johnny Perez (5/1/25, 6:21 AM):
I never considered myself to be particularly athletic, although I have always been active. As middle age crept closer, I started to feel like I was losing some strength. My usual exercise routine of cycling wasn't cutting it anymore, and my progress seemed to plateau. Following a routine health check-up, my doctor suggested incorporating weight-bearing activities due to certain risk factors.

After seeking advice from others, I decided to check out TriPillar Fitness to see how it could benefit me. Now, I can't imagine not going. The morning group may start off a bit groggy, but we push each other to work hard on our mobility and strength training. Andrew guides us on proper movement techniques and keeps us motivated to tackle the seemingly tough tasks. He makes us believe that it's all achievable. Two years ago, I couldn't even fathom doing a push-up, a pull-up, or lifting heavier weights than my own body, but now I either can or know that I will soon.

And let me tell you, my cycling performance has significantly improved! I feel stronger and more enduring than I ever thought possible. Juggling full-time work, parenting responsibilities, and going back to college is a breeze with the increased energy levels I've gained.

I've been training at TPF for about four months now, and I can truly feel a significant change in my strength and energy levels. Before this, I was always hesitant to join a gym as I feared I might injure myself by not doing the exercises correctly. However, the beauty of TPF lies in its small group classes that offer personalized attention without the hefty price tag of one-on-one training. Andy, the instructor, does a fantastic job of keeping the workouts engaging and challenging. He ensures that everyone maintains proper form and is quick to provide alternative exercises if needed to prevent any discomfort. The supportive atmosphere in the classes, both from Andy and fellow participants, is incredibly motivating. I wholeheartedly endorse TPF to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level.
Jordan Alexander (4/30/25, 8:23 AM):
I am absolutely chuffed to bits with the sessions I've been having with Andy at Tri Pilar Fitness. The workouts are always varied, so there's no chance of getting bored, and they're a quick 30 minutes long. I've definitely seen an improvement in my muscle tone and strength since starting. Couldn't be more pleased with my choice to sign up.
Julia Williams (4/29/25, 5:37 AM):
This gym is unlike many others I have visited in the past. The personal touch and supportive community really set it apart. Andy is incredibly encouraging and tells it like it is when it comes to helping regular folks get in shape. The workouts are straightforward yet powerful, making it safe for beginners to improve their strength and fitness. Some clients have been regulars here for years. Since I joined a couple of months ago, I've noticed positive changes that motivate me to stick with these new habits. What a transformation!
Dylan Lewis (4/28/25, 2:33 AM):
TPF stands out from other gyms in a big way. The owner and trainer, Andy Martin, has a real passion for physical fitness for everyone, no matter their age. His goal is for all members to maintain an active lifestyle throughout their lives. Andy regularly explains the reasons behind our workouts and coaches us individually to ensure we're maximizing our efforts. If you miss a session after committing to it, you can expect a friendly message checking in on you, not to scold but to make sure everything is okay.

Personally, I find it hard to skip a session because I can feel so many positive changes. Many of the aches and pains I used to experience as I aged have disappeared. My energy levels are up, and I can focus clearly throughout the day.

Recently, when I was dealing with lower back pain, Andy guided me through with stretches and modifications to keep me going. In the past, I might have given up, but his support helped me push through. I'm incredibly grateful for his help. I also want to mention Heather Martin, the Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, who played a key role in relieving my pain. They make an incredible team!

The fellow members are fantastic too. We support each other, offer encouragement, and share plenty of laughs. I like to think of them as my gym family. I've been a member at TPF since it opened in Clemmons last February and I see myself staying a member for years to come. I highly recommend checking out TPF and all that it offers. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
Joshua Coleman (4/27/25, 4:06 AM):
I've been training with Andy ever since he first started at TPF in February 2019. The improvements, both physical and mental, have been incredible! As a former athlete, I thought the aches and pains from my younger years were here to stay as I got older. Andy has guided me in changing my mindset to recognize my strength and capability, and my body shows it in every session. I eagerly anticipate the challenges in each class and cherish the sense of community that the TPF family fosters.
Tyler Turner (4/26/25, 3:18 PM):

It's a worthwhile investment in my health that benefits not only me but my loved ones too. I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking a supportive community that will encourage and drive you to new heights.
Mark Diaz (4/24/25, 3:25 PM):
At 66, feeling a bit hefty, not having moved in quite a few years and totally swamped by stress, I decided to sign up with the Strength Lab. And what a brilliant decision that turned out to be! While my journey may be a tad slower than some, I'm steadily making gains thanks to Coach Andy, the other coaches, and the uplifting support from my fellow participants. Joining was truly a self-care present to both myself and my loved ones. Massive thanks to Coach Andy and the entire Strength Lab crew!
Emma Campbell (4/24/25, 1:14 AM):
Aye, it's always a jolly good time in Andy's gym. He creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that makes exercise a right laugh!
