I've been training with Adam for 4 years now, mainly doing one-on-one sessions but also participating in small group classes. He is absolutely top-notch and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Lift is a jolly good gym, I must say! The trainers are ever so knowledgeable and kind. Your workout is tailored specifically to your own goals and abilities, which I find simply splendid. It's marvelous for all sorts of sports and ages, you know! As a competitive figure skater, I've had the pleasure of working with many trainers, and I must say that I've been training with Adam for over 5 years now (even before Lift came into existence), and he is by far the finest trainer I've ever worked with. I simply cannot recommend him enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely adore LIFT! The trainers are super motivating and engaging, the workouts are both enjoyable and challenging, and the classes go by in a flash! I can't recommend this place highly enough - you've got to give it a try!

The trainers really care about you and your goals, and they are a blast to chat with during your workout. Your current strength levels don't matter, as they will help you build up your strength, endurance, or whatever other fitness goals you may have.

Lift is absolutely brilliant! Adam and Maddie are incredibly knowledgeable not only in terms of fitness and strength training, but also in overall health and wellness. They are completely dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and are extremely responsive. I adore this gym because it offers everything from new, clean equipment to a sense of exclusivity where you truly feel like the trainers (and the people you work out with!) are all committed to getting stronger, faster, and enjoying themselves while doing so. Maddie is always there to encourage me to lift heavier or squeeze in another set...things that I definitely wouldn't do on my own. I can't recommend this place highly enough. A few friends and I have started a weekly private group class on Mondays and it's the perfect way to kick off my week!
