Ah, mate, let me tell you about my experience at Garage 1880 since March. I've always been quite active, but personal training was a whole new world for me. Those big, fancy gyms? Not my cup of tea - too many muscle heads strutting around, you know what I mean? I felt lost when it came to lifting weights.

But then I found Garage 1880. What a gem! The atmosphere is just right - welcoming, supportive, and friendly. They tailor the workouts to your goals and provide you with an app that lays out your weekly workouts and tracks your progress.

Rebekah, my trainer, is an absolute legend! She pushes you beyond your limits and helps you improve week after week. In the past 5 months, I've not only gotten stronger physically but also more confident. Progressing towards a goal and learning new things is such a rewarding experience.

I can't speak highly enough of this gym! Cheers for everything you've done for me!

I 'ave to echo all of the positive reviews of Garage 1880 and if you're lookin' for a place to train in Denver, this is the best out there! I've been training with Rebekah twice a week for nearly 4 months now after readin' reviews online and its been the best training experience I've 'ad - I am not only much stronger physically, but I'm also a lot more confident both in the gym and outside. Each session Rebekah encourages me to push past my perceived limits, while also makin' sure that that the workout is addressin' a lingering ankle and hip injury. 'Er training reaches outside our session hours too - she recommends cardio, strength, and stretchin' (lots of stretchin') so that I can continue my progress on my own time. She's really been a game changer in my fitness and 'ealth journey! Plus, Garage 1880 is just a really fun gym to be a part of - everyone is incredibly genuine, funny, and non-judgmental. I really enjoy goin' to my sessions each week and I never thought that would be the case about goin' to the gym.

She paired me with Rebekah, who is an experienced and compassionate trainer. Working with them has been fantastic for both me and my partner. What a brilliant experience! Having recently relocated from Miami, the team and fellow members instantly made me feel welcome. The group class I participated in was well-planned, challenging, and the trainers supported me throughout. Katharine was understanding and guided me through each exercise, especially the ones that were unfamiliar to me. It feels like I've been a part of this gym for ages already. I wholeheartedly suggest this fitness center to anyone seeking an excellent workout and a supportive team... make sure to join the group class!

I began my journey with Garage 1880 in January and it has been a fantastic experience! The trainers are exceptional and truly understand my goals and body, pushing me to challenge myself. I've recently been working closely with Lillie, who is a wonderful addition to the team. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at what she does. Lillie helps me optimize my workouts by correcting my form and motivating me when necessary. As someone with past injuries, she tailors her approach to suit my needs. I am incredibly thankful to have met this team and formed some great friendships along the way.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that training with Allie has truly changed my life. When I first started, I was at 240lbs, feeling low on energy and lacking confidence. Allie guided me towards shifting my focus from just losing weight to building strength and prioritizing my wellness. Although I did shed 50lbs along the way, what's more important is that I now have a newfound drive to be strong for both myself and my daughter. I've developed self-belief, become more compassionate towards myself, and have a burning desire to continue progressing and growing stronger. I started my journey with Allie in 2020, just a few months post giving birth to my little one. Allie is simply incredible when it comes to training new mothers! She always kept in mind that I was in the postpartum phase and tailored my workouts accordingly to ensure they were safe and effective for my body after childbirth. Without the support and guidance from Allie during these past few years (including moving homes multiple times and navigating motherhood during a pandemic), I wouldn't have had the mental and physical strength to endure it all. What keeps me motivated to continue working with Allie is her understanding of my objectives and her ability to customize my sessions to fit seamlessly into my lifestyle and routines. It's truly sustainable! And let's not even get started on how fabulous I look and feel now. I can effortlessly lift my two-year-old and play around with her without any trouble!

I 'ad quite a few personal trainin' sessions with Rebekah in the past year. She was wonderful at 'elpin' me correct form to reduce and limit injuries. She also pushed me to increase the weights I was liftin' which in turn 'elped me gain confidence in meself.

Rebekah also did many personal trainin' sessions with me teenage son after 'e went through a year of cancer treatments. She was able to 'elp 'im safely gain back 'is muscle tone, strength, stamina, and agility for playin' sports, specifically baseball. She also 'elped 'im focus on better nutrition which 'elped 'im with 'is overall 'ealth and recovery after treatments.

I would highly recommend Rebekah as a personal trainer/fitness coach. Cheers mate!

Rebekah is absolutely brilliant! She really motivates you to excel in each session. I've definitely gotten stronger and I can't thank her enough for that. Rebekah keeps tabs on progress and offers advice on reaching objectives. My only lament is not discovering her earlier!

I've been training with Allie for the past 9 months, and not only have I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions, but I've also seen incredible results.

When I first sought out Allie, my main goals were to enhance my posture, mobility, and alleviate knee pain. I noticed significant improvements in these areas within the initial 2 months of training. Shortly after commencing training with Allie, I discovered I was pregnant. Amidst my pregnancy, I am exceptionally grateful to have Allie as my trainer. Even at 7 months pregnant, I've rarely experienced back pain (the only exception being after dancing for hours at a wedding) and have had no knee discomfort whatsoever! I firmly believe that if I hadn't begun following Allie's strength program before and throughout my pregnancy, my back and knee issues would be far more troublesome.

I appreciate that Allie shares her expertise and always explains the rationale behind certain exercises and modifications as my pregnancy progresses. I have complete faith that Allie will help me swiftly regain my pre-pregnancy physique! If you're seeking a trainer who can support you through all phases of life, you've found her.

Additionally, the gym provides a lively and welcoming atmosphere. As a newcomer to Denver, I've forged some fantastic friendships and Allie even helped me connect with my volleyball team through the gym! By the way, Batman works out here :))

I've been training with Allie for over a year now, and in that time, I've also had sessions with Katherine. I can honestly say they are the most attentive, reasonable, and compassionate trainers you could ever hope to find. Allie has a very methodical approach to training and she works hard to ensure her clients feel at ease and empowered through her mindfulness and inclusivity. I can't recommend all the trainers at Garage 1880 highly enough if you want to become the best version of yourself.

Visiting a personal trainer at Garage 1880 completely transformed my perspective on strength training. I absolutely adore it now! They really made it so accessible and are incredibly well-informed. Lillie was able to direct me every week according to my individual requirements and motivated me to progress when the time was right. I am truly thankful to have discovered such a fantastic gym!

I've only been training here for about six weeks, but I've been fortunate to have worked with Walter, Rebekah, and Joan for at least one session each, and let me tell you, they are all absolutely brilliant.

Let's start with Walter. Why him first, you ask? Well, I heard he's one of the newer trainers on the team, but don't let that deter you. He's a delightful individual, with the perfect demeanor for personal training. Plus, as an athlete who's been through his fair share of physical challenges, we've had a blast exchanging injury stories during our sessions. I have complete faith in him to ensure I steer clear of any recurring injuries.

Most of my training has been under Rebekah's guidance, and she is simply outstanding. I'm a bit of a mess: a guy in his middle years with a plethora of old injuries and poor training habits, not to mention a rather scatterbrained mind that struggles to follow instructions for better form. Yet, in just a handful of sessions, Rebekah has patiently helped me progress in ways I never thought possible, and it's been an absolute delight. And entertaining, too.

Joan is no slouch either. Following Rebekah's tough act, Joan stepped in for one of my sessions and ingeniously found ways to drive home some key concepts to my scatterbrained mind and battered body.

If you're after a gym filled with meatheads, this place definitely isn't it. But if you appreciate being in the company of an incredibly knowledgeable and approachable group of trainers who truly understand their craft, then this is the place for you.
