I 'ave been workin' wif Amy for nearly 2 years now, and I must say I am chuffed to bits wif me experience. She 'elped me shed 20 lbs of baby weight after me first son was born, and is currently 'elpin' me lose the baby weight once again. This time round, thanks to 'er trainin' during me pregnancy, I 'ad a lot less to lose. No matter me fitness level, she always met me where I was while encouragin' me to keep improvin'. AIM fitness is just what I was looking for when I made the decision to begin my fitness journey. Amy was an amazing trainer. We sat down and talked about my goals, as well as my strengths and limitations. Together, Amy and I developed a workout plan that was both challenging and realistic.

I've been training with Amy for a few years now, and she's absolutely fantastic. Not only is she an excellent motivator, but she also has a keen understanding of identifying weak areas and implementing effective strategies to build strength without risking muscle strain. She's particularly skilled at working with clients who have knee or hip issues, focusing on strengthening the quads and core. I can't recommend Amy highly enough!

Even after 2 ½ years of bi-weekly sessions, I'm still trying out new exercises I've never done before.
