Honestly, I'm now a firm believer in Matt's training techniques. He's truly dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, motivating you during every session to push yourself further. Besides, he sets you up with a meal plan to stick to; tough and challenging as it may be, the outcomes are absolutely worthwhile. I'm pleased to report that I'm halfway to reaching my ultimate weight loss objective, and even after hitting that milestone, I plan on still joining the Tuesday/Thursday evening classes for that fantastic workout.
