I was dealing with a troublesome knee that had undergone two surgeries, causing me persistent pain. After my first session with Rob and over the past 6 and a half months, I have experienced improved mobility in my shoulder and reduced pain in my stiff back caused by tight muscles. I no longer need steroid shots in my neck or acupuncture; with only temporary soreness as a side effect. I can now sleep for longer periods and have eliminated apnea. My eyesight has regained clarity and focus, and my head no longer tilts to one side. I have learned the benefits of improved breathing and stretching, which has greatly reduced pain and fatigue from various injuries I've had over the past 45 years. I don’t typically leave many reviews, but I just had to shout out about the incredible session I had with Rob. I came to him seeking relief for some lower back pain, expecting a standard physical therapy session.

What I experienced was far beyond my expectations. Yes, there were physical exercises and assigned homework, but there was also a much deeper level of care provided. It's difficult to articulate, but it felt like a blend of physical therapy, yoga, coaching, breathwork, physiology lessons, and therapy all intertwined.

The session was truly unique and had a profound impact on uncovering and addressing some deep-rooted issues within me.
