I was feeling quite nervous about joining a gym with a competitive atmosphere after not working out for so long, but he has been incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and understanding. I would say I am quite new to the gym scene, having been out of athletics for over 20 years. The idea of going to the gym used to intimidate me, and I would avoid it at all costs for various reasons. I was introduced to Sean through some mutual friends/clients, and decided to give it a try. On my first day walking in, I actually shed a few tears… Sean welcomed me with open arms and an open mind. He has never pressured me to keep up with anyone or made me feel incapable. On the contrary, he has boosted my confidence tremendously, allowing me to walk in every day and just focus on the work.
