I must say, Foundation Fitness and the lovely Georgetown team truly deserve all the praise. From my first meeting with Kimior to a year of fantastic workouts with the incredible Michaela, I have had an exceptional experience. It's clear that Kimior has put a lot of effort into creating a gym atmosphere that is inviting and inclusive for individuals of all ages and at different stages of personal development. I appreciate their holistic approach to health, focusing on areas such as sleep, nutrition, flexibility, muscle building, fat loss (if desired), and positive mental wellbeing.

Michaela has been an absolute godsend for my health and wellness journey. She always adjusts my exercises according to my injuries and soreness, and has integrated more mobility work to aid in my recovery. It's like having a personal trainer and a workout session all in one. Instead of feeling only sore and achy, I feel challenged and empowered. Big thanks to this fantastic team and establishment. So glad I found you all.

Outstanding trainers and top-notch facility. The pricing is really fair, particularly for a gym in Georgetown. As a student, I've managed to set goals, establish a workout routine, and find a pricing plan that suits me. I'm already noticing gains in strength after just a little over a month. Their challenges (which can earn you free sessions) are also enjoyable :) Highly recommend!

Foundation fitness is an amazing training spot that has completely revolutionized my life. I've always been a dedicated gym enthusiast, but my sessions with Ryan Blake have completely changed my approach to training, my relationship with food, and the shape of my body.

For outstanding results, I highly recommend trying out the "Body by Blake" training experience. You'll find yourself loving to hate him, but more importantly, you'll love the incredible results.

I stumbled upon this fitness center via ClassPass and am now a permanent member. This gym is absolutely brilliant! They have convenient parking, top-notch equipment, well-stocked bathrooms with toiletries, and even a Nespresso machine. The boot camps and other classes are never too crowded, ensuring I always get a quality workout. At times, I have the class all to myself, making it feel like personalized training each session.

I initially came across Foundation Fitness via ClassPass and subsequently became a member due to my positive experience. I 'ave 'ad a splendid experience at Foundation Fitness. The trainers are quite knowledgeable and inspirin', and I am jolly pleased with the progress I 'ave made.

I certainly exercise with better form and greater intensity there than when I worked out by meself at other gyms. I made little progress workin' out by meself, but since joinin' 18 months ago me strength 'as increased considerably and I 'ave added about 26lbs of muscle.

I selected Foundation Fitness at the recommendation of one of me good mates and would recommend their facilities and trainers to anyone interested in personal trainin'.

I 'ave been sweatin' it out at Foundation Fitness of Georgetown for 6 months now, and it's been a real jolly good time. The trainers are absolute gems - friendly, knowledgeable, and 'ave really helped me progress towards me goals. They mix things up a lot in their workouts and make sure I'm hittin' all me primary and secondary muscles.

Most of me time 'as been with Michaela, and I can't recommend 'er enough. She gives spot-on advice on form, challenges me to go beyond me limits, and 'elps me train in ways I wouldn't be able to do on me own. Plus, she's a breeze to chat with and makes the workouts fly by in no time. Cheers!

Foundation Fitness Georgetown is absolutely brilliant. The amenities are top-notch, with ample parking available, and you can access the gym even outside of your training sessions. The trainers are all wonderfully welcoming and skilled. My husband and I attend weekly sessions with Devin, who has a fantastic demeanor, and the outcomes are truly impressive! It's the highlight of my week!

I've been training with Kimior at Foundation Fitness for around 2 months. The gym is fully equipped and seldom packed (usually just me and another client with our trainers). Kimior has customized my workouts perfectly to suit me, and I'm actually finding pleasure in exercising for the first time in a while!
