My trainer was not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly patient and supportive. They tailored the session to me fitness level and goals, pushin' me just enough to challenge me without overwhelmin' me. The attention to detail and personalized feedback truly elevated the experience, leavin' me feelin' motivated and inspired to continue me boxin' journey. I ‘ave trained with Greg sporadically for several years. The only reason for the breaks ‘as been me work relocations. Every time I come back, I know ‘e will be engaging, motivatin’, enjoyable, and, most importantly, I see results. ‘E runs ‘is classes understandin' that everyone is at different physical levels and provides personalized attention when needed. ‘E is incredibly knowledgeable about mental and physical fitness, which truly bolsters one’s determination for improved ‘ealth. I value ‘is classes takin' into account the current requirements for social distancin' and cleanliness.
