Being a part of Rogue is truly like no other experience I've had before. The workouts are diverse, incorporating both strength and conditioning exercises. They regularly introduce new exercises and techniques to keep things challenging. The coaches offer outstanding guidance, feedback, and support, fostering a positive atmosphere for development and improvement. I've been with Rogue for three years now and have managed to stay dedicated to my fitness goals throughout. I can confidently say that I look and feel better than ever, and I'm privileged to be a part of this amazing community.
Nathan Davis (4/25/25, 6:22 AM):
Rogue boasts fantastic coaches who are ever-ready to offer guidance and feedback - as well as motivate you to achieve beyond your perceived limits! Tailored strength training programs are designed to aid you in reaching your individual goals. For the very first time, I find pleasure in going to the gym.

I've been collaborating with Margaret and Ethos remotely for roughly half a year now, and I'm truly grateful for the assistance I've been given. I've shed 25 pounds and aim to keep shedding more. This isn't a rapid weight loss scheme. It's a sustainable, long-term approach that I believe will lead to greater success. I've tried various diets and quick weight loss programs in the past, but they never lasted. This program is something I can commit to for the long haul, no matter how hectic life gets.
Alan Graham (4/22/25, 5:42 PM):
In the ongoing quest for a top-notch gym and workout spot free from gimmicks, I stumbled upon Rogue. These lads really have their act together and have converted me into a true believer. The workouts are fantastic, but what really sold me was Rogue's infectious vibe and attitude.

John and Matt are experts in their field and are always keen to assist you in pushing your limits every time you set foot in the gym. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, staying fit, or recovering from a sports injury, this is the place to be.

Edit: March 2024. Ethos continues to stand out as the premier athletic center in town! Margaret and Liam embody a blend of compassion, motivation, and resilience that sets them apart. Absolutely adore this place!

Edit: Let's delve into Ethos' response to the current pandemic situation. Amidst the Safer At Home orders, I've visited various places including Ethos, hair salons, grocery stores, home improvement outlets, and doctor's offices (twice). And, out of all these places, I have felt the most secure at Ethos. Every individual wears masks, possesses their own cleaning supplies for equipment sanitization, and enjoys a personal workout space spanning 10'-15' in the gym. The facility boasts open doors, spacious ceilings, and limits class sizes to just 6 individuals. Their rigorous daily cleaning regimen and pre-entry symptom screenings underscore their commitment to prioritizing our health and safety. Truth be told, my anxiety levels were higher while collecting an order at Home Depot compared to my time at Ethos - they genuinely prioritize our well-being.

As a former athlete with a history of numerous surgeries, I have frequented gyms and physical therapy centers throughout my life. After investing in costly personal trainers for years with minimal results, I decided to give Ethos a chance following recommendations from former teammates. What greeted me was a gym that pushed me beyond my limits, staffed with trainers who are invested in the success of each member. After four decades of pushing my body to its limits, I am now relearning how to breathe and move in ways that prevent further injuries. In less than a year, I have achieved greater strength and confidence than I ever did in a decade with personal trainers. In simple terms, Ethos reigns supreme.
Victoria Nelson (4/21/25, 10:33 AM):
I absolutely adore Ethos for its tailored training programs, intelligent coaching, and goal-focused methodology. Through my work with Margaret, I managed to not only participate but also excel in numerous jiu-jitsu competitions as a masters athlete over several years (there's no such thing as an off-season), all while juggling a full-time job and other commitments. If you're looking for a place to truly recharge and build strength, Ethos is the way to go!
David Wright (4/20/25, 12:38 AM):
Margaret and 'er team are simply top-notch! They make exercising enjoyable and worry-free, all ya 'ave to do is arrive and put in the effort. They keep things interestin' by mixin' it up and are always ready to lend a 'and or make adjustments if ya 'ave an injury or struggle with somethin'. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Ethos to anyone lookin' to better themselves both physically and mentally. Cheers!
Aaron Cox (4/19/25, 9:16 PM):
Their department stores are absolutely superb!
Kimberly Williams (4/17/25, 10:40 AM):
Oh, jolly good gym, I must say! The workouts are top-notch, the sense of community is splendid, and the trainers certainly know their stuff. Those Ethos classes, my dear, are quite the challenge but oh so enjoyable, and they truly deliver results, don't they? I found meself in much better shape just going 1-2 days a week at Ethos compared to 5 days a week at some run-of-the-mill gym. I even kept going every week until I was a whopping 39 weeks pregnant, and I do believe these workouts played a key role in my healthy pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. If you're looking to truly build strength and endurance, this is the place to be, no doubt about it!
Gary Sullivan (4/17/25, 9:02 AM):
I 'ave been trainin' 'ere since 2017 an' let me tell ya, Ethos is top of the line. The instruction is top-notch an' they provide personalized workouts every month that build upon each other to improve yer strength an' fitness overall. I've never felt more in shape. If you're lookin' for quality, you'd be in good 'ands at Ethos, mate.
Arthur Kim (4/16/25, 5:43 AM):
Fantastic trainers! They truly listen to your goals, create a personalized program for you, and always ask for feedback to tailor the workout to your preferences. They are constantly adapting the routine to help you achieve your objectives.
Ruth Roberts (4/13/25, 6:58 PM):
I ain't a gym person, but I bloomin' love this gym. I joined early this spring and over the months 'ave noticed meself getting stronger in several ways. I 'ave 'ad long COVID and still wear a mask during 'igh community levels, but no one 'ere ever made me feel unwelcome for doin' so. I also really like bein' part of a woman-owned gym, Margaret is a wonderful coach and mentor. It's been inspirin' to see other women who are long term members and they're so strong! It gives me somethin' to work towards. Highly recommended to anyone who thinks they're not a gym person, it's very welcoming and community oriented.
