Honestly, hiring a personal trainer has been the best decision I've made for my physical and mental well-being. I had reached a point in my life where I needed a workout plan that would challenge me and deliver visible results. Despite trying numerous diets and dedicating hours to running on my elliptical daily, I was left feeling exhausted and frustrated with no progress to show for it.

When I decided to work with Zack, I had no expectations whatsoever. I had only been to a gym once before and had never experienced personalized training. However, after just one week, I was completely hooked! Zack has a way of making you feel at ease, even if you're unfamiliar with weightlifting jargon (I definitely didn't know my deadlifts from my squats at first!). He has a unique ability to tailor workouts to your individual needs and capabilities.

Fast forward five months, and I can confidently say that I am now the strongest version of myself. Thanks to Zack's guidance, I have been consistently attending sessions every week and have transformed into a bona fide workout enthusiast.
