Fantastic coach, community, and location!

I recently visited from the Bay Area and had the opportunity to drop in at the gym a few times. The coach, Donna, was incredibly welcoming, gave me a tour of the facilities, and provided constant encouragement during the workouts. Her specific technique cues were really helpful, and she offered positive feedback after each workout. I had a fantastic experience!

If you're in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by for a workout.

I popped in from out of town and had an absolute blast. The owner, coach, and other folks were incredibly welcoming, the workout was a real challenge, and the gym had top-notch equipment and plenty of space. Fantastic vibes and a great atmosphere, would definitely recommend!

Popped in for the 6am session on a Thursday. What a fantastic time I had! The class was buzzing with energy, and the folks were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I embarked on my Crossfit journey back in January of this year, and I must say it has proven to be one of the finest decisions I've made in 2025. Prior to this, I hadn't paid much attention to strength training and muscle building, perhaps due to a lack of knowledge or simply neglect. However, ever since joining Crossfit, I've come to realize the crucial role they play and the significant impact they have on one's long-term well-being and daily life. This realization was particularly important for me as I had been feeling the effects of my second pregnancy on my body. In just four months, I've witnessed a remarkable transformation as I've gradually regained my strength and surpassed previous levels of fitness.

Crossfit offers an unparalleled experience in terms of equipment, cleanliness, staff, and program – truly "Amazing" in every aspect. What sets it apart is the dynamic nature of the workouts; each day presents a new challenge, making the training both engaging and effective. The program targets various muscle groups, ensuring a comprehensive and enjoyable workout routine. Personally, I've had the privilege of training under Coach Jana, who is undoubtedly one of the finest coaches around. She pays close attention to each individual's technique and tailors the workouts to suit their abilities.

Under Jana's guidance, I also participated in a nutrition and wellness challenge, during which I was astounded by the wealth of knowledge she imparted regarding food intake and nutritional principles. I learned invaluable lessons on high-protein, calorie-deficit diets and gained insights into the ingredients found in everyday grocery items. Thanks to her guidance, I managed to achieve significant weight loss within the span of four weeks.

For anyone seeking a transformative experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Crossfit. It has been a game-changer for me, and I believe it has the potential to positively impact anyone willing to take on the challenge.

What a fantastic community! Ashlyn is an excellent head coach. The box is spotless, the equipment is top-notch, the athletes are welcoming, and the WODs are intense. Had a brilliant drop-in session - highly recommend it!

Ever since Covid hit, I stopped hitting the gym and started packing on some extra pounds which was really taking a toll on my health. I knew I needed to get back into a workout routine but just couldn't find the motivation to do so. Then, in September 2023, my daughter signed me up for a class at CrossFit Surmount. Like many newbies to Crossfit, I had my doubts about finishing the workout, but thanks to the different scaling options, the guidance of the coach, and the support from fellow members, I managed to power through.

I was absolutely wiped out afterwards, but the feeling of accomplishment, the expertise of the staff, and the sense of camaraderie among the members left me beaming with pride. The social, competitive, and uplifting environment at CrossFit Surmount has even inspired me to take charge of my nutrition. I participated in the nutrition challenge in October and have since continued working with my nutrition coach Jana to further enhance my health and performance. Since joining in September at over 235lb (30% body fat), I've managed to drop down to 215lb (17.5% BF) by the end of December.

I initially hesitated to join due to concerns about the cost compared to other gyms, but every class at CrossFit Surmount is led by experienced coaches, attended by dedicated athletes, and filled with knowledgeable members who are all eager to help you progress in each session. This makes CrossFit Surmount a worthwhile investment in your overall health and well-being.

I highly recommend checking out Crossfit Surmount. I have a condition known as dysautonomia and was unsure if Crossfit would be suitable for me. I can honestly say that it is inclusive of all abilities. The coaches are supportive and inspiring. There are modified workouts available for everyone, and they prioritize mobility, technique, and overall health. My well-being has significantly improved since joining Crossfit Surmount, and I credit the knowledgeable coaches and my friendly 6:30 PM class for that. If you're in the area, drop by for a session or enroll in the On-Ramp class if you're new to Crossfit. It will undoubtedly be the highlight of your day :)

I must say, I never thought I'd find myself becoming a member of a crossfit gym, but I wasn't feeling satisfied with my previous gym routine. After a deep conversation with a friend who happens to be one of the coaches at Crossfit Surmount, I decided to give it a shot. The first thing that struck me was the level of attention the coaches give. They closely monitor your every move to ensure proper form and technique. They know when to push you and also when to dial it back. The coaches are truly the standout feature for me. They are all exceptional. I've been training there for 5 months now and I haven't felt this strong and energetic since my days playing Rugby. The environment is so welcoming, both from the coaches and the other members. My only regret is not discovering this gem sooner!

I cannot say enough good things about CrossFit Surmount.

I came looking for a more intense and challenging workout than what I was currently doing, and not only did I find it, but I also encountered an amazing coaching staff and a wonderful community.

CrossFit can seem daunting, but the coaches really push you to get better each day while ensuring you feel supported and secure.

Since I started, I have seen my strength and stamina increase, and my body fat decrease. The workouts are exciting and diverse, and I genuinely look forward to them.
