Approximately 2 years back, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon a promotion for a complimentary fitness session at SolCore Fitness. I signed up and attended a class. Ever since that day, I have been a regular attendee, going three times a week, and I cannot express how much it has positively impacted me, nor can I say enough about Ekemba Soh, the owner and instructor.

As an instructor, Ekemba leads the class with precise and impactful movements that have provided me with increased mobility, alleviated joint discomfort, and significantly enhanced my posture. I feel taller, more attuned to my body, and appear leaner. A large part of this progress is due to Ekemba's attentive approach; he moves around the room throughout the entire class, making corrections and ensuring you get the most out of every exercise by adjusting your movements to suit your needs.

Being a Physical Therapist, Ekemba is exceptionally skilled and possesses a deep understanding of how the body functions. Recently, I started experiencing lower back pain and severe sciatic issues. After just 3 therapy sessions with Ekemba and following the exercises he recommended, I am now pain-free.

To anyone reading this, I highly recommend trying one of the free trial classes and experiencing it for yourself.

My doctor actually recommended Solcore Fitness to me because I was experiencing a lot of discomfort in my hips. It had been ages since I had attended an exercise class. I usually tried to piece together my own workout routines by following YouTube videos for yoga and other classes.

However, I have grown to adore attending the 8:00 am class and appreciate the sense of community I have found there. It's reassuring to have someone keeping an eye on my form and correcting me if I am not executing a pose or stretch properly.

I make it a point to attend class at least 3 times a week, and every time I leave feeling revitalized and prepared to tackle the day ahead.

Solcore Fitness has truly integrated into my daily routine. As a full-time artist, I was previously struggling with my posture while standing at my easel. Now, I am more aware of how I hold my body while painting.

Additionally, many of the hand and arm exercises we do in class have proven beneficial for my painting hand as well.
