I gotta say, if I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Wane is an absolute rockstar - super knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. I signed up at the fitness center about a month back, and let me tell you, I'm already seeing some serious results. But what's even more impressive is how Wane has helped my little one with his Karate classes. Before, he was constantly getting sick, but ever since he started training with Wane, his immune system has gotten so much stronger. Huge shoutout to Wane for all his hard work and dedication!

During my brief stay in Silver Spring, I had the pleasure of training at BeMighty where Wane coached me through an incredible fitness program. Wane's guidance and expertise truly set him apart as the best fitness instructor I've ever had. I expressed my goal of reducing body fat and losing weight, and in just two months, I was amazed by the progress I achieved solely through working out, without any strict dieting. Not only did I shed pounds, but the weekly photos we took showed visible differences that motivated me further. I also noticed improvements in my endurance and strength, which were additional goals of mine. I can't recommend Wane highly enough for anyone looking to achieve their fitness objectives or simply have a great workout experience. His interactive approach and attention to individual needs make him a standout trainer.

The instructor was so friendly and really put you at ease. They even introduced us to a Capoeira session. It was my first go at this Brazilian dance with African roots that mixes in martial arts elements like kicks and strikes. It's sneaky how it makes you sweat without even noticing, but boy, do you feel it later on! The Capoeira instructor was super skilled and led the class brilliantly. The studio has EVERYTHING... from kickboxing to martial arts to a mysterious ice bath contraption (not sure what it's called...lol)...... I can't recommend it highly enough 🌟

Wayne will definitely make you work for it!! I signed up for the HIIT Kickboxing class and it was hands down the most intense full-body workout I've ever experienced. It pushed me to my limits, but the motivation was off the charts. I am absolutely planning on returning for more!
