I began attending this place a couple of months back, and I'm already noticing significant improvements. It's an amazing workout that truly challenges you both mentally and physically. The instructors are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive! Additionally, the classes are quite reasonably priced compared to many other Pilates and body bar classes. I highly recommend it!

Bold is me absolute fave place to workout! A full body workout in 50 minutes. There be classes for all levels, including a basics class. The studio has such a great community vibe and without a doubt the best instructors!

I started attending the Berkeley studio back in 2018 via ClassPass, and it swiftly became my top workout spot and studio in the East Bay! The workouts consistently push you to your limits, and the community is incredibly enjoyable and encouraging. These classes are truly the perfect way to kick off my day.

Lagree is a high-intensity workout that really works those balancing muscles. The studio is roomy, with around 10 machines available. It's kept clean and in good condition. There's a parking structure nearby where you can park for free for an hour. The instructors are welcoming and offer great support.

Partial, since I’m an instructor here, but I just have to tell you why I adore Bold and why I've stayed with this community for over 5 years!

When I first became interested in Pilates in 2019 and started looking for Pilates studios in the east bay, I stumbled upon Bold. To my surprise, it wasn’t actually Pilates but a fitness program called Lagree. The distinction was clear and truly transformative. Since then, I've been captivated by the Lagree method. Despite being an avid gym-goer and yoga enthusiast my whole life, I had never encountered a workout that was so remarkably effective and still challenges me even after 5 years! I still feel the burn, see results, and never get bored or find it easy. I now have abs and a toned butt!

Now, about Bold - they offer 50-minute classes, which might not seem like much of a difference from the 40-45 minute classes you normally find at other studios, but trust me, you can FEEL the difference. You get more moves for your money. Additionally, the community is incredibly welcoming and inclusive. As a Latina, the Pilates/yoga scene can be quite overwhelming and intimidating since I don’t fit the typical mold. What's great about Bold is that there are many people who look like me. The diversity of individuals who walk through the doors at Bold represents various backgrounds, which creates a safe and inclusive fitness environment. These aspects convinced me to become a member at Bold and motivated me to become an instructor too! Thank you, Bold and Lagree Method, for changing my life!

I've visited several Pilates/Lagree studios via ClassPass, and Bold was definitely the best. The instructor was superb - extremely positive, provided corrections, and kept us motivated. It was genuinely the most challenging Lagree class I've experienced (I've also tried Bodyrok, Solidcore, and had a private Pilates session before). I'd really like to return using ClassPass. The pricing at this studio is a bit higher than others I've come across, so for now, I think I'll stick to ClassPass for visits!
