I must express my gratitude for the exceptional training I received from Ren Collier at OnTrack. For about four years now, he has consistently provided the tailored exercises I requested to enhance my flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Ren shows great sensitivity to my various aches and pains, adjusting routines as necessary to ensure I can always engage in physical activity. His approach combines scientific knowledge, extensive training experience, and a touch of humor to make workouts truly enjoyable. Under Ren's expert guidance, I have been able to maintain my regular activities, improve my balance, and partake in numerous exciting outdoor challenges. Thanks to Ren, my overall quality of life has experienced sustained enhancement.

I absolutely adore the Functional Training classes at OnTrack! The team is so welcoming and encouraging, and they really push you to give it your all in every session. It's not like your usual crowded gym with massive classes; instead, the training sessions are with small groups where everyone is incredibly supportive. Despite having issues with my hip and shoulder, I've been able to keep up with my classes thanks to Ren (the Coach) who has tailored the exercises to suit my needs and help me build strength. I can't recommend OnTrack highly enough!

The sessions at On Track have been absolutely fantastic. Ren, Molly, and Brianna are all so knowledgeable and approachable. And the best part? Sometimes my abs ache from the exercises, but other times it's from all the laughter during the sessions. I truly value the team and adore the group of people here! Ren is an absolutely brilliant instructor! I plucked up the courage to seek guidance at the gym to prevent any injuries. At the beginning, my back pain was severe, to the point where I couldn't even lift a jug of milk... 6 years later, I am in the best shape of my life, and when I reflect on it, I realize that I wouldn't have reached this point if I hadn't reached out for help! The progress I've made is truly remarkable, and it's an incredible feeling to see the weights I'm lifting increase and know that I am capable of anything now. The atmosphere at the gym is fantastic as well! There's so much support from everyone, which is really motivating! Plus, the thrill of constantly increasing the weight on the bar each week is exhilarating!
I've been attending the mint conditioning class for about 9 months now and it's simply splendid. It caters to seniors and focuses on strength training, flexibility, and cardio. The instructors are highly proficient and encouraging, and the workouts are incredibly effective while also being enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Brian is a fantastic physical therapist, I must say. I popped in to see him about a niggling running injury and he swiftly put me on the path to recovery with a top-notch plan. I can't recommend him enough!

Brian is a top-notch physical therapist, mate! He worked wonders on me after I had a dodgy back injury. I was worried I might never be able to run again, but thanks to Brian's expertise, I'm gearing up for my seventh marathon. Absolute legend, he is. And let me tell ya, the gym is brilliant too! I signed up while doing PT, and it's been a cracking decision. Cheers to me health!

Ren's strength classes are an absolute blast! I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable they are. As a complete beginner to weightlifting, he guided me from square one to confidently lifting weights. I never imagined I would progress this much or be able to lift as much weight as I can now!

Ren and Molly have really cultivated a supportive atmosphere with zero ego. Your workout is customized to your needs, yet the group dynamic makes the intense work enjoyable and motivating. And let's not forget about Ozzy, the friendly yellow lab - a fantastic bonus!
