I commenced taking Pilates classes with Claudia at The Hundred and More in June 2016 utilizing the new student package. The one-on-one sessions with Claudia really helped me prepare for the group sessions. Gradually, I have grasped some fundamentals and now eagerly anticipate each class, although I initially felt intimidated and contemplated quitting. Some of the discomfort in my back and neck from long hours at the computer has dissipated, and I sense my core becoming stronger.
This splendid Pilates studio houses top-notch Pilates equipment and is managed professionally, yet exudes a personal, familial ambiance. Claudia and Rebecca are firm instructors but also exhibit care and friendliness. It may be a tad pricey, with classes priced at $30 each, however, the class sizes are small, ensuring you receive individual attention throughout. I highly recommend giving it a go!

Let me tell you, mate, this place is the bee's knees! I reached out to the owner, Claudia, and she was quick as a fox in responding to my inquiries about pricing and scheduling.
When I first set foot in the studio, I was gobsmacked by how spick and span it was. The whole setup gave off a proper down-to-earth vibe that I just couldn't resist. Claudia is an absolute gem - her knowledge and passion for Pilates shines through in every session. Working with her is a right grand time, and her group classes are top-notch as well!
I can tell you that since starting Pilates, my lower back pain has become as rare as hen's teeth. I feel stronger, more balanced, and aligned, thanks to Claudia's classical teaching style. If you're keen on learning Pilates the old-fashioned way by the master himself, Joseph Pilates, then The Hundred & More is the place for you, no doubt about it!

Even though "exercise" has been a part of my life for quite some time, given my background as a Physical Therapist treating numerous patients, what's new is that I now prioritize exercise for my own benefit. I find Pilates appealing due to its emphasis on strengthening stabilization muscles as opposed to the larger muscle groups. The team at Hundred and More excels in consistently reminding clients to focus on lengthening throughout all movements. Given my body's tight areas, I also enjoy incorporating some Yoga into my workouts. The studio provides a delightful environment for both practice and training. Personally, I find a combination of mat classes and personal sessions best suited to my needs, allowing for flexibility in my routine.

Since I have some tight areas in my body, I also enjoy incorporating a bit of Yoga into my workouts.
The studio is a delightful place to come and exercise. Personally, I find that a mat class and individual workout sessions at my own pace work best for me. I really love this flexibility.

I was wanting to improve my posture with pilates, but was having difficulty finding an instructor. Then I came across Claudia. She guided me at my own rhythm and was key in me staying committed to pilates. I also started working with Shari who progressed me further in understanding my body. I might have quit pilates if I hadn't discovered this studio. Thank you for aiding me in my wellness journey.
