Eugene Stewart (6/14/25, 7:52 AM):
I've been attending the Pilates studio since February and now I'm an unlimited member, going almost every day. It's such an addictive workout, and I adore all the coaches. I feel stronger than ever before.
Christine Walker (6/11/25, 7:30 PM):
My coach Michelle was absolutely brilliant and really took the time to help me perfect my movements! I will without a doubt be returning to her classes again.
Christine Morris (6/10/25, 1:40 AM):
The best workout ever, I must say!
Juan Cruz (6/9/25, 8:14 PM):
Avoid at all costs! Poor quality equipment, dreadful instructors, and filthy restrooms.
Gerald Watson (6/8/25, 2:02 PM):
I absolutely adore the workout at solidcore! I can sense myself growing stronger after every session. I was a novice to Pilates but picked it up in a jiffy!
Allison Reyes (6/5/25, 8:47 PM):
I've been going for about 18 months now. The instructors are really helpful and friendly. The workout is fantastic for building up those back and core muscles. It has had a tremendous impact on how I feel day-to-day, and I would highly recommend it to anyone dealing with back problems.
Billy Gutierrez (6/5/25, 8:33 PM):
In general, everything was fantastic. The studio facilities were top-notch, clean, and conveniently located. However, I have to give it a 3-star rating because the class I attended could use some improvement. I've been to other classes where they demonstrate and explain the movements as you do them, but here, there was a lack of effort in guiding us through the reps. Furthermore, at the end of the class, the instructor added so much weight that nobody could complete the arm exercises, which could be harmful and disrupt the flow of concentration. She should pay more attention to this and, if everyone is struggling, be more helpful in adjusting the initial weight selection.
Charlotte Adams (6/5/25, 12:30 AM):
Absolutely brilliant and transformational, SolidCore is. A class that pushes you to your limits with its demanding structure. It's like pilates on overdrive, blended with weight training and cardio. You'll definitely feel the burn, I assure you. I began during the start of the pandemic and have remained loyal ever since. It's become a wholesome obsession. The Adams Morgan studio is top-notch and draws the toughest clientele in the area. If you're seeking to elevate your fitness game, give SolidCore a whirl. And don't be intimidated by that reformer machine. The workout is completely worth it!
Matthew Peterson (6/4/25, 9:17 AM):
Definitely not the spot for me...
Brittany Gray (6/4/25, 6:19 AM):
My jolly abode. I pop in 'ere for a challenge, and always depart feelin' inspired, achy, and eager to return for more. Definitely the most efficient workout for me. Welcoming patrons, supportive trainers, and lovely studios. If you 'aven't 'ad a go, what are you waiting for?!
Thomas James (6/1/25, 10:47 AM):
Jacob is truly the finest instructor one could ever come across.
Tyler Henderson (5/31/25, 10:56 PM):
Oh my word, this Pilates class is just absolutely marvelous! It truly works those muscles you never knew existed, leaving you feeling gloriously sore.

If one doesn't find it challenging, they must be doing something wrong. I highly recommend starting with a 'Basics' or beginner class to get the hang of each movement (yes, mastering the machine can be a bit tricky, but the results are simply splendid).
Peter Hamilton (5/31/25, 8:46 AM):
Toughest workout in DC, and this is truly the cream of the crop when it comes to studios (in my humble opinion). If you're after an authentic experience, this is the place to be. Have a hectic day? All stress is out the window for a solid 50 minutes because let me tell you, if your mind wanders, you'll find yourself slipping off the contraption ;-). It's like getting two workouts done in one, with a group of around 12-14 folks in the session which definitely justifies the cost. So, if efficiency, a good challenge, and sculpted abs are on your wishlist, then this spot is right up your alley.
Kevin Morgan (5/30/25, 6:04 AM):
[solidcore] is the best workout I've discovered in DC. Incredibly intense, it challenges you to surpass what you believe you're capable of to achieve the next level in a motivating, positive atmosphere. [solidcore] is an essential component of my weekly schedule! The coaches prioritize proper form and safety and support clients in achieving peak performance without being pushy. The cancellation policy ensures that you don't give yourself a pass on working out when you commit to class, which was crucial for my accountability when I first started as a new client.
Russell Foster (5/28/25, 4:52 PM):
An effective workout in a petite studio
Rose Kim (5/25/25, 10:09 AM):
I was charged for a class at this Pilates studio that I have never visited? Decent workout, but I would advise against providing your credit card details. They seem to be making unauthorized transactions on customers' accounts. I signed up and paid for the unlimited two-week trial, but I didn't want to continue with a membership after the trial I had already paid for. They then charged my card for two additional classes ($70). Fortunately, I have one receipt showing which instructor processed that payment, so I can dispute it with my bank. It's also quite difficult to reach their front desk or customer service. I do like the workouts at solidcore, but this experience has put me off. I'm not sure if I feel comfortable making any further purchases from them now.
Nancy Torres (5/24/25, 2:13 PM):
The staff at this Pilates studio is quite unwelcoming and impolite. Moreover, they tend to disregard any concerns you may raise with them. I shall certainly not be returning, nor will I be endorsing their services to others.
Stephen Roberts (5/24/25, 2:06 AM):
I absolutely adore SolidCore! The AdMo team is so welcoming and supportive. I’ve been practicing this workout for a whole year now, and it's still as demanding as the day I started. Don't let any intimidation hold you back - go ahead and give it a go!
Paul Hill (5/23/25, 3:38 PM):
Lovely instructor and quite challenging workouts! It's just a pity there are no showers available.
Alice Myers (5/21/25, 8:04 PM):
Unwelcoming staff + average facilities. The workout was intense, but there appeared to be limited value in terms of guidance or the overall workout atmosphere. I would have rather followed an online workout video.

I recommend sticking with Pure Barre, Soul Cycle, Flywheel, or some of the other excellent fitness options in DC. Solidcore doesn't quite measure up to the quality of other studio experiences or classes.
